Ryu's POV

I stared at him and he was nearly gone so I sighed and turned off my Matrix. Aiden's body began to reappear and he sighed in relief.

"Sorry..." I whispered

I gently pushed Ada's blade away from my neck and looked at her.

"I'm done here." I called out

I unfroze Ada from her spot and she sheathes her sword back into her scabbard.

"Ryu, can I talk to you privately?" asked Ada

I looked at her and tilted my head.

"In the void." she said

I nodded so I left the room and extracted my soul into the void.

"What the fuck is your problem?!" snapped Ada

I was taken aback by her sudden anger.

"What?" I questioned

"Why the fuck did you just do that right now?" she asked

"Did I do something wrong? I mean I did exactly what you did to me a couple years back." I said, "I can't do that but you can do that? That's a bit unfair."

"Are you fucking around with me?" growled Ada

I looked at Ada, a bit scared and confused.

"Ryu you acting like that there was so irresponsible." she said

"Ada are you... are you in love with him right now?" I asked

"And what if I am?" snapped Ada

My chest started to cry out in pain. My heart was beating way too fast and my mind was spinning.

"You fell in love with him already? Ada look it's Aiden-"

"Look how many fucking times do I have to tell you that I don't love you anymore?" Ada cuts me off

I stared at Ada, I wanted to end this, kill myself and be done with this.

"I see..." I whispered, "Sorry."

I pulled out of the void and back into my body. Ada sighed but before she said anything I left.

Ada's POV

"Ryu wait I-"

He already left me.

'Fuck me. I didn't mean to say that so harshly.'

"He needs time." said Thunderbird

'I know he does.'

I watched as the Seekers led Aiden away towards the prisons.

"Wait." I called out

The Seekers stopped walking and looked at me.

"I'll take him." I said

Without any hesitation or question they let him go and speed walked away from me.

'Are they afraid of me?'

"Yes." replied Phoenix

I sighed and looked at Aiden.

"Hey, I'm Ada." I greeted

"Oh I uhh know ma'am." he replied

'Ma'am?'

"He's in love." replied Thunderbird

My heart slightly flustered when I heard that.

"So uhh I'll lead you to your prison cell right now." I said

"Okay okay thanks." he replied

I led him through the hallways.

"So uhh do I exist in your multiverse?" I asked

"Yes you do." replied Aiden

"What's your relationship with her?" I asked

"We were friends until she betrayed me to go to Ryu." he replied

"Oh sounds... familiar." I mumbled

"Excuse me?" questioned Aiden

"Nothing." I replied, "By uhh any chance? Did you ever love your Ada?"

His cheeks turned a bit red and he scratched his cheek.

"I uhh well uhh kind of." he replied

I smiled and nodded.

"Well I heard from Ryu that you dated your Aiden." said Aiden

"I did..." I replied a bit hesitant

"Oh well uhh that's nice." said Aiden while smiling

His smile, that smile, I missed it so much. It was the one thing I wanted to see for the last 4 years.

"Here's your prison." I said

I pressed a few things on the keypad and the force field opened up and I took off Aiden's handcuffs.

"Thanks." he said while smiling

He enters the prison and I close the force field.

"I'll check up on you from time to time." I said

"Oh that'll be great. I like having company." cheerfully said Aiden, "But I hope it doesn't bother you from work."

"It won't. Don't worry about it so much." I replied

He nodded so I smiled and left.

'Where's Ryu?'

"In his room." replied Thunderbird

I got to his room and pressed a button on his keypad before opening his door. He was sitting on his chair smoking and looking out the window.

"Oi we need to talk." I said

"There's really nothing to talk about." replied Ryu

"Yes there is." I replied

"If there is then I'm in the mood to talk about it." replied Ryu

"He's pissed." said Thunderbird

"Yes I am Thunderbird." snapped Ryu as he turned to look at me.

My eyes slightly widened when I saw Ryu's left eye glowing blue and his right eye glowing red. His facial expression was dark, almost evil.

"So get out before I erase all of you from existence." he growled

I wanted to talk to him, maybe even talk this out but I just left.

Ryu's POV

I sighed and deactivated my powers and flopped onto my bed but someone knocked on my door. I used my Matrix and saw that it was Hannah and her friends.

'Why did she have to bring her friends?'

Using my Matrix I opened the door as I got up.

"I'm ready to learn." said Hannah

"Okay but why did you bring them?" I asked

"We want to watch." said one of her kpop members.

"Ah geez." I sighed, "Fine, come with me."

I led all of them into the training VR room.

"Everyone in here besides Hannah goes up there." I said as I pointed at the observing deck.

Everyone left and the green-haired girl named Soojin looked at me and raised an eyebrow before leaving.

"Why is this room so dark?" asked Hannah

"You'll see." I replied

"Initiating VR room in 3, 2, 1." said the voice

"What does he mean-"

Hannah was caught off as well and began falling down towards the earth. She was screaming and spinning uncontrollably in the air so I caught her and landed on the familiar earth. I dropped her on the ground, her legs were wobbly, her hair was messed up, and she looked scared to death.

"Snap out of it." I said, "That's not the scary part."

I pointed towards the mountains and when she looked she gasped when she saw an army of giant bugs crawling straight towards us.

"O-oh my god!" screamed Hannah

She tried to run but I grabbed her arm and pulled her in.

"You said that you feel normal." I said, "I'll show you what the Matrix can do."

I activated my Matrix and looked at the bugs and began to create these magical shields next to me. Hannah looked around with wide eyes and I shot lasers out of the shields, obliterating the bugs.

"What is this?" questioned Hannah as she stared at me with wide eyes.

"The Matrix, there's one in you." I said, "But I don't know how to activate it."

She thought about it before looking at me.

"Well, I do remember something that happened to me a week before I moved away." said Hannah

I felt something creep up on me so I flicked my finger and the bug exploded into bits. Hannah flinched and took a while to calm down.

"I remember seeing this bright colorful light when I was young. It suddenly just entered me and I remember it hurting a lot for a few seconds." said Hannah

"That's the Matrix." I sighed

"I thought it was something dangerous. So I moved somewhere remote." she said

I raised an eyebrow.

"That's why you left?" I questioned

She nodded so I sighed.

"Not that I care anymore." I sighed

Hannah looked a bit sad.

"We're done here." I called out

The terrain around us died out and we were back in the VR room.

"Let's go. I'll brief you." I said, "But before that, we're going to send the people of Korea back home."

I led her and her friends back to the main docking area.

"You guys are going home." I yawned

"But we want to stay." said Soojin, "I'm not letting her stay here with you."

I smiled awkwardly but the guy I saw from before, Shiho, came and began talking with them. He and 6 other girls were behind him.

"I'll give you some time to uhh say your goodbyes." I said

"Is this my last time seeing them?" sadly asked Hannah

"If we fail, yes." I replied

But then that's when I felt something happening on an earth.

"I have to go." I replied

"Where?" asked Hannah

"Work." I replied

I ran through the dock and jumped out of the force field and into space and blasted off. I flew through space until I got to this earth and I crashed on a mountain and it exploded. I looked around and I was in Japan.

'Shit I just landed on Mount Fuji.'

Lava was flowing everywhere and headed straight towards the city so I just used my Matrix and it disappeared. In the distance I saw a burning city so I groaned and jumped up and landed in the middle of the city. I saw a bunch of hellish demons and monsters flooding the city from the north east. Behind me were a bunch of people trying to run away from the invading army.

I saw a girl with white hair who looked pretty with a big guy running away but they were struggling to even run. I sighed and scratched the back of my neck and just casually walked towards the army.

"You're going the wrong way!" yelled the girl

I just smiled and she looked at me with wide eyes.

"It's burning up over here." I said

And with that I released a humongous wave of blue flames at the invading army and they all screeched and roared in pain. But then out of the flames I saw Ada, well the alternate Ada come out.

"Oh hey babe." she mocked me

'Geez I never heard Ada say that to me.'

I saw the girl and the man run away as Ada approached me.

"You're not going to greet me?" asked Ada

"Oi oi don't get so ahead of yourself." I said

She giggled and even though she wasn't the Ada I know my heart fluttered.

"Sorry sorry, you're just cute that's all." she said as she smiled

"Where's your Ryu?" I asked

"A bit busy." replied Ada

"I see." I sighed

I didn't know what to do but Ada blasted towards me and went for a punch but I slowed down time and dodged her attack. She stopped and turned around and attacked again endlessly but I just kept dodging it. She was able to cut a part of my bomber jacket and it ticked me off so I just pointed a finger at her forehead and blasted her with fire.

She crashed into multiple buildings and I saw that she was all burned up. She tried to get up but I stomped on her stomach creating another explosion. She coughed out blood and I sighed and picked her up by the head and threw her away.

"Ryu! Ryu!" I heard Lydia's voice through my watch

"I'm kind of busy here." I said

"No, something's wrong with Ada!" yelled Lydia, "She's coughing out blood and her body is in pain."

"Explain." I said

I slapped Ada as she tried to punch and she crashed into another building.

"Her cheeks are bruised!" yelled Lydia

I didn't understand what was going on but then my eyes widened and I looked at Ada as she got up.

"Wait, give me a second." I said

I shot my flames out at her, burning her alive.

"She's burning now!" yelled Lydia

"Shit..." I groaned

I stopped burning the alternate Ada.

"Okay it stopped. What's happening?" asked Lydia

"I'm here with the alternate Ada. I was hurting her and I guess something's not right." I said

"Huh?" questioned Lydia

"I'll tell you later." I said

Alternate Ada tried to get up so I sat on her back. I took out a cigarette and started smoking it.

"You suck compared to my Ryu." said Ada

"I get that a lot." I replied

I grabbed the air and ripped open the air in front of me which opened a passageway just like a portal. I saw everyone on the other side so I went in with the alternate Ada and closed the portal behind me.

"Ryu what the hell happened? And is that the alternate Ada?" asked Lydia

"Yea she is." I replied, "And watch this."

I grabbed the alternate Ada and punched her stomach and she vomited blood and once that happened Ada also vomited blood.

"See, that's where things get complicated." I said, "Wait, I want to check something."

I kicked the real Ada breaking her nose but the alternate Ada was fine.

"What the fuck!" yelled Ada as her nose healed

"Okay that makes things even more complicated." I said

Ada glared at me then looked at her alternate version. I threw her through the portal and closed it.

"Wait why did you throw her away?" asked Kishimoto

"She might communicate with alternate Ryu and inform her that she's here." I replied, "For now I'm done. I'm going to sleep."
