The Campsite

After breaking the ice between them the atmosphere in the group became much better. Though most of the talking was between Trinity and Jessica.

" Jessica, I think that we should change directions or something. "

While Trinity was enjoying the conversation with Jessica she was getting bored just walking and seeing the same scenery over and over.

" I think so too. Hey, William, Ethan, and John, what do you guys think?"

Ethan and John agreed to the idea since they were even more bored compared to Trinity. William also agreed but after thinking for a bit he added a suggestion.

" How about we keep going forward until new see something that could act as a landmark and then change directions."

This time everyone in the group agreed and proceeded forward but instead of looking for settlements as their goal it was now looking for something unique to mark.

* Crackle Crackle Crackle*

After they continued walking forward for a bit of time they heard some crackling sounds coming from up ahead to their left.

Looking at each other, they saw that smiles were slowly spreading across their faces. After nodding to each other, they went the direction they were hearing the crackles.

Soon they were able to see that the sound came from a campfire that had small group of people around it.

" Do you think that this is the settlement location or are they other players?"

The giant Ethan whispered to the group trying not to alert the group near the Campfire. The group slowed down the pace and tried to be as quiet as possible.

" I don't think it matters. If it's the settlement location then we can finish our quest but if it's players then they most likely have been to the settlement."

William assumed that if the figures were actually players then they could show them the settlement location wasn't too far off.

The reason for this is that it was the first day of launch for God's Playgrounds. Players were just starting to explore the game and aren't too strong yet.

Most players also would not have the skills and crafting abilities to make campfires and the equipment those figures were wearing.

Hearing the logic of William's statement the team decided to just go openly and greet them in an friendly manner.

Just as soon as they were able to clearly see the group's appearance. The group of 4 people noticed William's group and got into their battle stances.

The group of 4 people were all men and had the same race, Humans. In the group, there was a young man dressed in a blue robe with a pointy hat.

Two middle aged men who wore leather armor and had iron swords hanging out of their waists.

Finally, the person who looked like the leader of the group stood next to the young man and looked to be in his 60's.

Going back a few minutes in time. The group of 4 were sitting next to the campsite.

" Uncle Stuart, can you explain again the last time you came to the Rainbow Storm Forest." The young man that went by the name Shiloh asked one of the middle age men.

" Sure, I'll start with where we left off last time."

"The last time I came to this forest is for the same reasons we're here now."

" The adventure guild assigned all adventures to go to one of the Mysterious Birth lands. Of course I've got an assignment here."

The Mysterious Birth lands where locations were creatures will come into being after a certain amount of time. Countless races and new species will be born in these lands without any discrimination.

There were rumors in the Human kingdom of Lifa that the human race might have been born in one of those lands. However this rumor has been squashed by many since there were records of the first appearance of these lands.

" But Uncle, what's so important about these Birth lands that we have to all go to one and what are we supposed to do?" The young asked with his eyes showing his curiosity.

" The reason for us being here is to meet with the creatures that are born here and send them to the Adventure guild or the Kingdom."

" As for why it's because..."

* Braak Braak Braak*

The sounds of dry tree branch snapping cut off Stuart's explanation. Soon after the sounds came they saw 5 figures approach them.

" Get ready for battle."

The old man said as he stood up and walked to the young man while signaling the others to prepare.

After a couple of seconds they were able to see the appearance of the intruders. In the front were 3 people, one was a human male with black hair and a slim figure, another was a giant standing at about 8-9 feet tall, and lastly a humanoid shadow creature that its only defining feature were it's large red eyes.

Towards the back was a wood elf with the normal green hair and vines that are tangles her head, as well as light blue crystals on both of her hands

Lastly, the was an angelic beauty with angel wings, and a large color changing crystal and smaller ones located on her body.

" Mythics!" The young man gulped as he stared at the group clenching the wand that appeared in his hand.

In the world of Brelarn, there were 4 factions. There was the Human faction, Mythical Faction also known as Mythics, Demonic Faction, and the Monster Faction.

With the human alliance alone being made up of 1 certain race while the other factions had countless races and species in them.

After the old man stared at the group for a while he sighed in relief and signaled the other to stop their battle preparations.

" Don't worry, they are creatures born from the Rainbow Storm Platform. They're friendly."

Sitting down on the tree stumps that the human group got for us. We were finally able to figure out our location completing Return Home Part 1.

" Um hello thanks for allowing us to inconvenience you like this." said Jessica trying to show her appreciation.

" Yeah, you don't know how long we've been just walking around trying to see any can of life." William added his comment and tried to get some more information from them.

" Is it fine to ask you to point to the direction of the nearest town we could rest in."
