Adrian is reincarnated into a world where everyone is a Beast Tamer. This is a world where the strongest rule. Everyone can form contracts with spiritual beasts to obtain great power.
One forms a contract with a gigantic fire dragon, while another forms a contract with a gigantic monstrous ape. A person even forms a contract with the legendary World Serpent—Jörmungandr.
Adrian forms a contract with diseases.
Hence, the gigantic fire dragon has the terrible flu and can’t stop sneezing. It sneezes fire everywhere and successfully burns its master to death.
The gigantic monstrous ape has terrible diarrhea. It exhausts itself from diarrhea and runs out of energy.
Meanwhile, the World Serpent Jörmungandr falls into a comatose state and isn't awake to fight for its master.
Is this really a power of this world? Such was the lament of everyone who fought Adrian.
Many years later, when facing challenges from countless people, Adrian spreads his arms and says, “Are you ready to be ruled by the God of Disease?”
The concept is Interesting, but doesn't write the story for you. This will be a lot of work beyond controlling various diseases. Unless you can characterize the diseases so they become an integral part of the story. Also, this concept has 50% more potential if you can make diseases from the symbiotic bacteria that support and help the larger lifeform they inhabit, and turn them into your Support Pet that gives permanent buffs. The concept has another degree of potential if you can make layered disease arrays. The idea is to have your probiotic buff colony help control your disease attack colony, taking a lot of the pressure off of you to directly control each instance of your Diseases. With these formations and systems of Diseases, you can recruit and reward allies in addition to tearing down individuals. And it makes surgical strikes possible, rather than just being a Plague Bearer Demon Lord.

The current story is extremely slow, it’s been 20 chaps and the main character still doesn’t get what his power actually is.The translating quality is surprisingly good for most of it makes sense,the story development is somewhat predictable, of course it’s still is somewhat random but currently 50/50.World building is generic, the author doesn’t even try to make it unique in terms of the world building so far.

The characters are very one dimensional and the story overall reads like a grade school story. It would probably be suitable for young teens to read, but the story line moves so slowly that I’m not sure it could retain their attention. Most of the story reads like a summary of events: Character A did this, Character B did that. At best I can say this is a good framework for a story that needs more scene development and character depth

interesting background. dialogue could use some work. Characters are too innocent. Showing mercy once is fine, the second time they shouldn't leave unscathed.
do not waste your time reading this story unless you are new to reading we novels on this site. Every single character is braindead, naive, and cliche. The premise isn't used in an interesting or satisfying way whatsoever. And the plot is so trash a 5 year old could do it better. absolutely nothing about this is worth reading about.
