In the town market, Amila was her mother buying vegetables and meat for the dinner, Somehow her visit today to the market felt different, Her eyes moved around the street whenever her mother was busy talking with one of the shop's seller, Searching for her mysterious man but there was no sign of him today, She sighed and turned to look at the other side of the street.

"Honey, are you looking for someone? You kept looking everywhere the whole time." Amila heard her mother ask and immediately her face turned red.

"No, Of course, Not, I'm just looking." She lied trying to cover the blush on her face but her mother had noticed it.

Not wanting to embarrass her, But she guessed that her daughter was hiding something from her.

Once they were done buying everything they needed, they went back to their houses and started to make dinner.

Violet noticed how her daughter was trying to avoid eye contact with her since she asked her in the market. She was trying to hide the feelings that were obvious in her eyes.

Her daughter grew up and started to have feelings for men. Now she only hopes whoever he is, Is a good man.

"Mom, I want to tell you something?" Amila spoke with her quite pleasant voice.

Violet left what she was doing and turned her focus to her daughter.

"Of course, My dear, Tell me, I'm listening." Violet replied with a warm tone.

Amila tugged at a strand of her hair nervously before she turned to look at her mother.

Seeing how nervous her daughter was, Violet decided to make it easy for her daughter.

"I know what you want to tell me, I just wanted to wait for you to decide when you want to tell me." Violet said, cupping her daughter's face." So, Where did you meet him?" She asked, surprising her daughter.

"H- how did you know?" Amila asked, blinking Her eyes.

Violet laughed softly before she pulled her daughter in her arms and kissed her forehead.

"It's obvious my dear, Like when you started daydreaming and blushing on the dinner table, Your father didn't notice though, So don't worry." Violet replied, assuring her.

Amila nodded her head, Embarrassed of herself. She told her mother everything about the mysterious man that she met and how they met.

"Ah, Don't be sad my dear, If he feels the same way as you, I'm sure he will come back to meet you." Violet said, Comforting her daughter.
