The Prince of Somewhere.

Lucifer was a bit taken aback by Frank's sudden visit as he was indeed waiting for Lia but Frank seemed way out of the question.

"Why are you here?" Lucifer asked as he led Frank into the empty reading room. The fireplace was lit with a bright lightning fire, and they settled in front of it. It was a little dark as the sun had almost set.

Frank took out the dairy of the old mage that Lucifer had given him last time. He pointed to it and said, "I want to change our deal."

"What about it?" Lucifer asked looking at Frank with keen eyes.

"Instead of finding my parents, I want you to buy me a noble title," Frank told him without much beating around the bush.

Lucifer stared down at the dairy in Frank's hand and asked," With how you came here alone, I assume that Julia doesn't know about this, right?"

"Yes, she doesn't know and I don't intend to let her know. It should be just between the two of us," Frank said in a cold voice.

"Sounds good. I can keep a secret. What kind of noble title do you want?" Lucifer said.

"The highest one available," Frank answered without much hesitation.

"Highest one available, huh? Well, that would be the title of Duke Evanlite." (Lucifer)

"Can you get it for me?" (Frank)

"If it's money then I would've had no problem but that title has a special condition that should be fulfilled to be acquired."

"What is it?"

"A significant contribution in a war."

"We are not at war right now."

"That's the point. No war, no contribution, therefore no title."

"Then we can just start a war."

Lucifer paused for a moment and looked at Frank. Though he always had his doubts about Frank, he still considered him to be sane. But what was this crazy bullshit he was just spewing? Start a war just because he wants a title? That wasn't sane, that was mad shit.

"That isn't how it works. Anyways, why do you want a noble title? So much as coming to personally seek me out in secret. It's surprising enough that you even know that I'm the right person to demand this of." (Lucifer)

"You don't need to do that. You'll get the eye of truth by the end of this month, so prepare the title till then. If not Duke Evanlite, the second highest one." (Frank)

"Alright as you wish. But you're a bit different today."

As soon as Lucifer had said that, he saw Frank's expression grow dark and he said," You're just misunderstanding because of my hair color and eyes."

"Is that so?" Lucifer said averting the conversation. "Anyways, now, tell me the real reason why you are here."

Frank looked at Lucifer with a smirk. What Sylvia had told him about Lucifer was right. The manikin was Sylvia's eyes and ears in the outer world. Though she was trapped in the forest of the afterlife, no information still escaped her. And she told him a very interesting fact about Lucifer.

It was the reason behind Lucifer pretending to be a girl.

Lucifer was the 37th prince of the neighboring country of Alkezar, Behmuth. The king of Behmuth had a lot of children, a sex freak, as Sylvia called him. With a lot of children, the fight for the throne was even more intense.

Lucifer's mother was a victim of the king's assault. After giving birth to Lucifer, she committed suicide. Lucifer was then taken to his maternal home, which was a family specializing in information control and assassination. The family's name was Whitlock.

Angered by what the king did to his sister, the head of the family was planning a rebellion, and Lucifer, who was the center of this rebellion, was sent into hiding in Alkezar for his safety.

So right now, in front of Frank, it wasn't your everyday artifact creator. It was instead the next king of Behmuth if the rebellion went as planned.

"I want you to make me an artifact that hides one's mana," Frank said.

"And why would I do that?" Lucifer said as he stood up and started closing the windows. "What can you offer me in exchange for such a precious artifact?"

"Ava Whitlock. The 9th wife of the king of Behmuth. Committed suicide after giving birth... " before Frank could complete his sentence, Lucifer had pushed him now and now was pointing a wand-like artifact at his chin.

"How much do you know?" Lucifer said in a threatening voice. His eyes were filled with suspicion and doubt as well as the intent to kill.

"Enough to get you to do what I want," Frank said holding the wand-like artifact and snatching it away from Lucifer. "Let's talk in human. Talking like animals while fighting will get you nowhere with me."

"How did you know?" Lucifer asked sitting down now as the momentary shock had subsided.

Frank sat up and returned the artifact to Lucifer.

"I have my ways," Frank said. "Shall we get to the point?"

"It's the artifact that you want in return for keeping my secret, right?" Lucifer asked looking down.

"Yes. And another thing," Frank said while standing up to leave. "This is my payment for a favor that I might ask in the future."

Lucifer looked at Frank, confused, and asked," What?"

"The second prince of Behmuth, Donovan, is planning to invade house Whitlock under charges of blasphemy. So, 'REMOVE THE ARTIFACTS FROM THE BASEMENT'," Frank said and started to move toward the door.

After recovering from the sudden shudder this news just gave Lucifer, he stood up hurriedly and shouted behind Frank," I will always remember this favor!"

Frank smiled faintly and left with the jingle of the door.

As Hannah was enjoying the reactions she was getting out of the squirrel, a sudden tap came on the window of the library. There was a small white pigeon tapping on it with its beak.

Hannah let Julia go immediately and then closed the door behind her.

Opening the window, she let the pigeon in and it came flying over her, finally sitting on her arm. On its feet, there was a little piece of paper tied. Hannah untied it and opened it.

It had the address;

"HOPE BAKERY, BAKER'S STREET, CAPITAL SQUARE"

Hannah immediately knew what it meant. Lucas Murray had arrived at the capital.
