I stood up rapidly my fork clattering against my plate, my hand clutching my heart. I ran up to Silas and bowed the deepest bow I could muster and shouted, "I am so sorry. I wanted to cancel your lovers mark, but after talking with your mom, I felt ashamed not thinking about you or your feelings and what you wanted. I was only thinking about myself and my love for Helios. Please! I hope that you can forgive me! I will try to do better, to be a better Queen. I will try my best to accept you. Please don't be mad! Tears streamed down my face, squeezing my eyes shut, as sobs racked through my body.

After getting through the shock of my shouting Silas approached me and bent down on one knee. He pulled me onto his knee and held me in his arms resting his chin on my head. It is not your fault. I do not blame you. I should have waited for you to accept me first. It is I who should be apologizing. A queen should never have to bow to anyone." With the gentlest of movements, Silas wiped my tears with the sleeve of his robe. I sniffled trying to stop crying. "I, I am so sorry," I said again as I began to hiccup. "You have nothing to be sorry about. Even if you wanted to cancel my mark, I still would not blame you. I was chosen for you, therefore I have no right to your love..."

I interrupted Silas's sentence, slamming my lips against his, his eyes widening in surprise. My tears mixed with our kiss as he locked his lips on mine embracing me in his arms. We stayed like this for a whole minute before I pulled away, "I fully accept you as my lover," I said staring into his eyes with sincerity. Silas smiled tapping my nose, "you are so beautiful when you bat those beautiful green eyes at me. I can't help but melt when your eyelashes flutter soaked with your tears. I blushed wiping my face on his robes. Everyone in the room whooped and hollered cheering us on. Silas stood up cradling me in his arms," did you save me some food or did you devour it all in your cute little stomach," Silas cooed tickling my tummy. "I'm starving.

"I didn't eat it all. I don't eat that much, I giggled. "For someone who has to eat three times a day you sure are a glutton," Silas placed me back in my chair handing me my fork. He brushed his fingers through my hair smiling down at me urging me to finish eating. He wanted to make sure his Queen got her fill before he ate. Arthur exchanged glances over my head with Silas, whispering under his breath that was not audible for females to hear, "I'm ok to be around her right, I can handle it."

Arthur shook his head in acknowledgement. Every male who has ever been accepted into a females bathhouse knew that the first time was always the hardest. This is when a male will find out that he can do everything with the female except mate. Males would go jump into the lake to cool themselves down after their first experience inside a female's bathhouse. They had no other way of relieving themselves except to submerge themselves in the frigid waters. Most males couldn't even stand to be around their lover for a few days after their first experience, Arthur himself had the same experience the first time he was invited into Eleanor's bathhouse. It took ten million years for her to finally accept him as her mate.

Lucas rushed over to Silas and with wicked speed landed a full on punch to his stomach lifting him off the floor. "What took you so long to get home? Did you run into trouble with your first bathing session with the queen? Lucas laughed hysterically, "how come my best friend wasn't the first one to tell me he became lovers with the Queen? Silas landed on his feet and threw a punch back at Lucas who dodged hiding behind me, and using me as his shield. "I had business to take care of that you wouldn't understand," Silas growled bawling up his fists.

Slipping out of my chair I crawled under the table not wanting to get into the middle of their brawl. Sophie crawled under the table with me bringing my plate of food with her. We continued to eat under the table watching the boys mock fight around the table. Silas managed to get Lucas into a head lock under his arm as I finished my food. Arthur bellowed, "alright settle down boys, you are going to end up hurting the Queen if you keep going at each other like this. Silas released Lucas both falling to the floor in fits of laughter. Lucas spotted me under the table sitting up bright eyed, "so my queen between me and Silas who is the stronger of the two?

Pretending to think about it for a minute, I replied, "I think it was a tie between you two. Though it looked like Silas might have had the upper hand if you continued. Lucas frowned not happy with my conclusion. "Well we will see about that when we settle our fight at the All Males Nebula Magic Tournament coming up. Lucas helped me out from under the table, when he pulled me onto his chest and flew into the air. Laying back like he was Peter Pan hands behind his head legs crossed, I sat on his chest my feet dangling in the air. "What is the Star Nebula Magic tournament," I asked curiously staring into his eyes.

"Only the greatest tournament in all the galaxies hosted by the City of Kosea. Males from all over the universe come to participate in this tournament fighting for the top five spots to be a part of your private guard. Males battle to the death to test their strength, magic, and battle prowess. When the top five are decided they get to face off with each other and then the last five standing gets to face off with the High King of Kosea! No one has ever beaten him before but it's still fun to try, but forewarning you are in for one hell of an ass beating if you do. Only the bravest, and strongest, ever participate.

My eyes widened in surprise, was there really something so intense like that here? It sounded really brutal, why do males always have to show off and get hurt in the process all for a single female? I shook my head with a faint smile on my face. The longer I sat on his chest the more dizzy I got. Will his abs get tired and we collapse to the floor? I don't even know how he was supporting me to begin with. Was I heavy? I shifted my weight to try to make myself lighter. Silas heard my thoughts and could feel I was becoming uncomfortable. He flew up and pulled me into his arms away from Lucas. "You're making her uncomfortable. You should be more careful when holding her. She's afraid of falling."

"Oh come on I was just having some fun. I wasn't going to drop her," Lucas muttered. "Come on down guys, just because you were granted access to more magic doesn't mean you should use it for everything," Eleanor chastised them. "You should conserve your magic energy for the queen. You never know what could happen and she needs your protection." "Yes ma'me," Lucas and Silas said in unison floating back down to the ground. I giggled at how whipped they were when it came to Eleanor, it was super cute. "We are going out for a bit you kids have fun, don't stay out too late the queen needs her rest," she reminded the boys.

"I don't want to go back quite yet," I said wringing my hands nervously. I was scared that Helios would still be upset with me for not talking to him earlier and everything that happened with Silas, I was still mad at him. I'm so sorry for being so useless I thought in my head. Arthur looked at me confused while Eleanor nodded in understanding she didn't push the subject. "Well alright then be careful everyone. And with that Eleanor grabbed Arthur's hand and disappeared in the beam of light carrying them downstairs.

When they were gone Sophie interjected, "I'm so full guys. We should do something to burn off some of the calories we consumed. Any thoughts on how to end the night?"

Everyone put their minds together thinking about what to do. I didn't know what everyone else was thinking of doing but I was thinking about the ten million and one things I wanted to do or see in Kosea, my mind wandering ended up landing on the flying motorcycle looking bikes in the sky that I saw when I first came to Kosea. When everyone was tossing ideas around I piped up, "I want to ride one of those flying things in the sky. I saw them when I first came here, they look like they would be so much fun to ride. Can we ride one?" I asked excitedly. Everyone around the room smiled at my idea. The queen was in for a real treat, every child in Kosea wanted to own an InterStellar Star Racer!

"That's a great idea! We can race each other around the city, and at the same time show you the highlights of Kosea! Silas carried me to the beam of light with everyone trailing close behind. Closing my eyes tight I wrapped my arms around Silas's neck as he jumped into the beam of light, I hate this elevator my mind screamed, hurling us down to the bottom floor. "You can open your eyes now," Silas whispered in my ear with a smile. I opened my eyes to see that we were back on the ground now. I don't think I'll ever get used to that elevator. "Let's go before it's too late," Sophie's called back waving at us to catch up already way ahead of us.

Silas and I laughed as he carried quickly catching up to Sophie in no time. "Show off, you just happen to have longer legs than me," Sophie muttered. As we walked through the streets my head turned in every direction taking in all the sites and sounds of this big city. Every citizen we passed stopped to wave at us. At first I thought they were waving at My friends until someone pointed out shouting, "hey look it's the Queen!" They were obviously noticing me and not my friends. I waved back sheepishly still not used to people staring at me. Silas saw my discomfort, so he ticked me inside his robe hiding me from view, but leaving just my head to peek out so I that I could still see the city.

There were stalls and vendors of all kinds selling goodies, food, and clothing. It was nothing like going down to your local Walmart. It resembled something out of the medieval times with cart stalls lining the streets. But just behind the streets was a futuristic city with city lights blaring down on the stalls. It was so weird to see the two together. We finally arrived at a stall that had hundreds of the flying machines lined up. They resembled the ones I saw in the sky but there were no lights and they weren't glowing. "Are you all here for a ride?" The vendor came over grinning. Silas still holding me under his robe pulled out his bag of coins. "We need to rent three of your Racers."

I looked around feeling embarrassed as soon as everyone pulled out their money. I didn't have any money let alone pockets to hold any. The vendor collected the money from Lucas and Sophie and then came over to Silas and I. I tugged on Silas's robe. I don't have any money I whispered awkwardly, the last time this happened to me Helios was there to pay for my items at the festival. But this time he wasn't here, I felt so ashamed. The vendor finally noticed me tucked in Silas's robes. "My queen I almost didn't see you there. My humblest apologies," he said bowing to me, "You don't have to pay to ride. I'll just send an invoice straight to the King. As the Queen of Kosea you never have to worry about carrying around money, your tabs will get sent straight to the King."

I sighed in relief. Well wasn't that nifty, I hope Helios wouldn't mind. I mean he did tell me what was his was mine. All of a sudden there was a flash of brilliant red flames a parchment of paper appeared, the Vendor signed it and wrote down the amount and in a puff of smoke it was gone again, the invoice was sent to Helios. Silas handed over his money, I glanced at it and saw that it was a piece of bluish white metal, nothing like I have ever seen before. "What kind of currency is that," I asked curiously. "This is Osmium we mine it from the tails of comets that fly over Kosea. This metal is harder than diamonds. It's one of Kosea's main stream of resource here in the North since we get so many comets."

"I've heard of Osmium before. It shows up as the 76th element on our periodic chart. We learned about in my science classes back on Earth. It's extremely lethal to humans." Wide eyed Silas quickly tossed his money pouch to Lucas. "Take this, it's extremely lethal to the Queen. Lucas caught the pouch tying it around his waist. It was a good thing I didn't ask to touch it because I had really wanted to. Silas set me down on the ground, walking over to the racers he carefully chose a two seater and waved me over.

I approached the racer and upon inspection it looked like it was made of glass. It had a weird shape kind of like an ox bow used for a team of oxen, and then it had two slender pieces hanging on the sides for your feet to rest on and that was it. There were no handle bars and I couldn't figure out how you would steer it. Lucas came up to me tossing a white fluffy robe over my shoulders. " here you'll want to wear this. It might be a little too chilly for you once we are up in the air. We don't want you to catch a cold. This should keep you warm the inside is lined with the fur of a fire rat. Lucas clasped the robe around me making sure I was all snug.

Silas came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist hoisting me onto the racer. He quickly slid in behind me. He took his hand and drew it in a downward motion and all of a sudden a screen appeared in front of me. He clicked a couple of buttons and the racer turned on. Two tiny ball shapes appeared in front of us one on each side. Silas stuck his hands in the half open balls and kicked the stand out from under us. "Hold on tight Silas shouted over the humming of the racer. Not prepared for what was going to happen I grabbed the front end of the bow shape as we shot a hundred feet into the air in tow point five seconds my heart lurching into my throat.

Once in the air Silas tapped me on my shoulder, I opened my eyes the view that right in front of me took my breath away, we had shot above the tallest buildings in Kosea. There was a glass dome that covered the entire city. The glass was so clear it looked like it merged with the endless night sky. The dome was so expansive that I couldn't tell where the city began or ended, as far as the eye could see there were skyscrapers and over a trillion stars twinkling above me. Off in the distance I could see the others up ahead of us as we weaved in and out of the buildings. Higher and higher we climbed until we were one with the stars.

I was soon able to see my breath, my cheeks became red from the cold. I clutched the robe right around me for warmth. I was so thankful Lucas brought the robe for me. A moment later Silas's thighs clenched around mine holding me down on the racer, he took one of his hands and slipped it under my robe and wrapped it around my tummy pulling me against his chest. I shivered when his fingers made contact with my skin they were cold as ice. We surged higher still seeing satellites and stars zooming by in a blur already far behind us. Just when I thought this thing couldn't go any faster Silas shouted "Hold on we are exiting the atmosphere," he kicked the racer into high gear and we shot up as gravity was all but abandoned.

With no gravity to keep us on, the two of us were thrust off the racer hovering, free floating in the air for a minute with only Silas's thighs that had a hold of the bike. I panicked thinking we were going to fall to our deaths, with one sweeping motion he grabbed a hold of one of the balls in front of us with one hand while the other hugged me close slamming back down on the bike and shooting forward like a rocket. Even from this distance I could already smell the sweet scent of the Milky Way. A huge gust of wind blew my hair back messing it up as I whooped and hollered at the top of my lungs. I stretched my arms out to my sides catching the wind.

We soon came upon the Milky Way. The shimmering lights slithered in a snake like fashion tumbling in the night sky above us as we drew closer until we were right on top of it. I reached my hand out and to my surprise there was water! The Milky Way was made entirely of billion upon billions of water droplets! I trailed my fingers through it leaving a huge gaping line all the way down where my hand went through. Once on the other side of the Milky Way we were met with a sea of stars. It took my breath away. I have never been this close to a star before. The closest one we had was the sun. These stars were different, they were much smaller and not burning hot like the sun. They resembled little hunks of ice.

But they weren't shaped like stars though. They were little lumps of rocks that glowed when they spun in orbit. It was so mesmerizing and beautiful to witness. What would astronomers give to see this beautiful sea of stars! It was a vast endless sea of twinkling lights guiding our path. There were stars of all shapes and sizes whizzing by. This was my chance to finally catch a star I grinned reaching out my hand to catch one. But just like Ihloi's charm spell they danced just beyond my reach. I was determined to catch one, so grabbing ahold of Silas's robe I stood up teetering on the seat of the racer, stretching my hand out even further I felt one of the rocks collide with my hand, closing my fingers around it I pulled it to my chest securing it I sat back down.

I had finally caught a star for Helios! I want to give it to him as an apology gift for earlier today. I hope he will love it. I stuffed it in the pocket of my robe grinning from ear to ear with my catch. At that moment Silas hit the breaks on the racer, I was forced against his body as a shooting star lit up the sky flying across our path. I leaned into Silas watching it pass by. I will never get used to this night sky. It was much more active than the sky around Earth.

Throughout this whole journey I could feel Silas staring at me, I tilted my head back glancing in his direction and caught him gazing at me, he turned away quickly embarrassed that he got caught. I didn't want this ride to end. I felt like I was in a dream that I never wanted to wake up from. I wanted to fly up here forever swimming through the stars, and feel the wind blowing through my hair, the touch of Silas's hand holding me tight. My cheeks were set aflame at this thought. I quickly chased it out of my mind thinking of Helios.

His Queen was so beautiful. Her mind was racing as they sped through the black of night in an endless sea of stars. He could see the stars shimmer in her eyes, her cheeks rosy from the cold. He pulled her in close, wanting to feel her skin he slipped his hand under her robe. Thank goodness she was still warm underneath. He felt her shiver when he touched her skin. She was so soft and tender, he just couldn't get enough of her body. He wrapped his arm around her pulling her close to him. He clenched his thighs around her to keep her from flying off.

Her heart raced every time they picked up speed. He could smell the adrenaline coursing through her body as he listened to the sound of her heart beating. He loved to listen to her heart beat against his, her heart sounded like the fluttering of a hummingbirds wings. With the wind blowing so fierce he was able to pick up the scent of her hair as it flew back into his face. It was so adorable to see her reactions as they passed the Milky Way her tiny little arms outstretched wanting to feel everything in their path. If he wasn't careful and he let go she probably would have taken flight and flew right into the stars. They passed the Milky Way and came to the star field where a lot of their mining took place.

To his surprise, she began to stand up trying to reach for a star. He grabbed ahold of her waist so she wouldn't tumble off the racer as she teetered dangerously almost losing her balance. Her eyes were lit up with such a fierce determination to catch a star. A moment later he heard a thud and saw her little fingers closing around a star. These stars were tricky to catch and this little one with no magic abilities was able to catch one! He helped her sit back down as she grinned happy she was able to obtain her prize. He looked up at the last second, slamming on the breaks a shooting star flew by just a mere feet in front of them. She fell backward into his chest watching the shooting star fly by wide eyed.

The shooting star lit up her eyes, the gold flecks blazing like that of a thousand suns. Her wind blown curls were messed up from their ride. She was just so beautiful. Why did she have to meet the King first? He didn't want this night to end. If it were possible he would want to mate with her up here in the stars, having the stars cast their light on her body. He would bathe with her in the Milky Way afterwards, and mark her with his scent and leave his mate marks on her. He would hold her is his arms so that she could drift off into sweet dreams in the stars as he rocked her gently.

It was almost impossible to not stare at her the whole time, this has to be the first time she had let go of all her fears and was truly happy and enjoying the moment. His pride swelled knowing that it was he who had put a smile on her face. But like all good things they must come to an end. He could feel her energy draining and knowing she will need to get some rest for the night soon. He turned the racer around and headed back to the vendor. As soon as they touched the ground he jumped off and wrapping his hands around her waist he pulled her off and set her on her feet.

Her legs must have turned to jello because her knees began to cave. He pinned her against the bike holding her up. Seeing her beautiful smile he just couldn't help himself. His urges got the better of him as he leaned down and kissed her lips gently pressing his body against hers.

As the night was drawing to a close I could feel myself draining quickly. It had been a really long day. I yawned feeling exhausted from all of today's adventures. Silas turned the bike around and headed back to the vendor. When we got back he helped me down off the bike. But as soon as my feet touched the ground I felt my knees give way. The adrenaline that was coursing through me earlier from all the free falling must have ran out. Silas pinned me against the bike to keep me from falling. That's when I saw the lust in his eyes, and before I could stop him, he leaned in placing his lips on mine giving into his lust. I clutched his robes pulling him in closer enjoying the feel of his lips on mine caving to his desire.

A moment later I saw Helios, Arthur, and Eleanor running toward us, excited I clutched the star in my pocket ready to pull it out and give it to Helios when I paused hearing a deafening growl erupting from Helios's chest, "step away from her now!"
