Chapter 6 The Girls

Starting from my right, a tall, beautiful girl could be seen. She had fairly long black hair, crystal green eyes and a small mouth. From the dress she wore, I could make out her hourglass figure, long legs and slender arms. She was quite fair to begin with but with the aura she emitted, she became even colder. This sister was the so called Ice Beauty! Her name was...Sister Bing!

-

2nd to the right was Sister...Jade? She had short auburn hair, a face so exquisite that you thought was carved from treasure jade...'Oh, so that's where her name came from'...Blue jade eyes, a tall nose and a small mouth. She had a slender hourglass figure which was even more obvious thanks to the dress she was wearing. From afar, she looked like a polite and well mannered maiden but...According to my past memories, she was and still should be a playful and straightforward girl who hated coming to events like this. Sister Jade was another one of my siblings that often came to visit and play with me back then, which in turn made me respect her even more. She was another down to earth sibling of mine that gained the respect and acknowledgement of the common folk. And right now, although she looked like that, she was only 14 years old, still years away from becoming legal and being married off.

-

3rd on the list, was a tomboyish female who looked like she wrestled spirit beasts for a living. The muscles on her body was not only bulging, it was massive! And that chest...Damn, she was ripped! The only thing that made people around her remember that she was female was her face. She was blonde, had big fierce eyes, a tall nose and a small mouth...surprisingly. I assumed she was savage in lady clothing tied here by the elders. My past self remembered her as a girl who's incredibly loud in everything that she did. She's not showy nor arrogant like Brother Longfa over there but also not as playful and mischievous as Sister Jade...How should I explain it? Screw it, just understand that she was a loud person. Oh right, her name is...Sister Da?!

-

And finally, the last sister...Sister Yunfeng. She was the shortest of the 4 sisters, had long sky blue hair, big sky blue eyes, tall nose and a small mouth. She was a refined looking maiden whose aura was surprisingly refined sky blue colour as well...I'm speechless. Sister Yunfeng may be short but she's actually 19 years old, the eldest sibling in the entire family, Brother Rayzer came in 2nd at 17 years old. That meant she was a legal loli...Wait, what am I thinking? I would never...Fuck.

-

As I finished my introduction for my 7 lovely siblings, the family patriarch finally got onto the stage along with the family elders. The family patriarch's name is Mani G. Severlance. According to my memories, he's the elder brother of my dad...? Har? So wait, this meant that the patriarch is my uncle...Don't tell me my family's inner working was like the Yang Family of the Great Han Empire?! Those human-disguised robots had elders in the middle and then they had their family masters on top then it only came to their young masters at the bottom. And yes, their descendants were only dudes. In the end, they were forgotten by history.

-

Patriarch Mani G. got on elevated platform, grabbed a chair and sat down...the family elders followed suit. As he sat down, the showed a quick smirk before sitting upright and stayed silent. This man isn't simple I deduced. I did see the plump elder report our little skirmish to the patriarch just now, maybe that was it.

-

In a matter of moments after the family's upper echelon had taken their seats, the party had started to quiet down incredibly fast, the last of the noises were consumed by the eerie silence of the hall. Wow, what a nice ability to have!

-

After the sounds of idle chatting and flirting had died down, Patriarch Mani G. nodded once before getting up from his seat. He then projected his voice so that it would cover the whole hall with the help of his innate qi. "Good afternoon to everyone! It is a big pleasure to share this day with all of you here. The Severlance Family Coronation Ceremony is a traditional event that takes place every century in our family. The objective of this ceremony is to pick the most talented young master or mistress the next successor of patriarch for our family. Next, I would like to thank the benevolent State House who has been taking care of my family since the tens of thousands of years ago, our family has been growing bigger and more prosperous every year. In this year's coronation ceremony, I look forward to my daughter and nephews who will show off their own skills and arts to try and impress the crowd...." As he finished his opening, he bowed once before continuing on.

-

"In all honesty, this coronation ceremony can also be considered as a family reunion! After all, we elders rarely interact with our juniors (^_^) ...Welcome my nephews! I can see that you all have grown well since the last time we met! Nephew Jade has completed the 3rd level of her Sky Swallowing Swan Dance, heard! Nephew Rayzer has once again taken down another black sect who was extorting money from the neighbouring Valheim City, well done! And Nephew Ginger...I heard you've broken through Body Tempering Stage and has reach Spirit Refinement Stage at the tender age of 19! Hahaha...My family is truly lucky to have the opportunity to nurture a genius! Our family just continues to flourish and grow more and more wonderful and eye-opening every time we meet. Seeing us all here together brings back so many memories of all the years passed. Remember at last century's reunion, when Martial Uncle Reqi thought he lost his Requiem in the umbrella holder, and later announced that he found it in his underwear? How could we forget that one, ! There's so many memories that if I were to stand here and go through them all, we might be here until our next family reunion! Hahahaha!!"

-

At the end of his speech, my eyes were already twitching. This damn guy doesn't care about his family secrets at all! He had revealed all of my siblings recent achievements unconsciously! This was why I hated old men...
