Launching several projectiles from my [Ukaku], Frank watched as Shinohara and Suzuya dodged him, using their meat cleaver or throwing knives. Although Frank could easily kill him, he didn't want to. Since he wanted to recruit both of them, and it would be a waste to kill two people like them.
And even though the Suzuya he was seeing was still someone without empathy, that could change if he played his plans right. Although he felt bad for using Shinohara to make Suzuya more empathetic and kind, but he would only use that plan if he couldn't make Suzuya empathize with he other plans.

Coming out of his thoughts upon hearing the cry of excitement, Frank realized that the sound originated from Suzuya, who had a look of excitement on he face. Along with a huge smile on he face.
Smiling at the show of emotion on he face, Frank thought that by making him feel this kind of emotion, he could make him become more empathetic and friendly.
"You can feel these emotions if you join me!" - Frank yelled towards Suzuya, who had he eyes shining upon hearing his words.
Although after shaking his head slightly- "I'll think about it if you defeat us!" - Smiling upon hearing Suzuya's words, Frank responded with a huge smile on his face.
"Then let me welcome you in advance!" - Without waiting for Suzuya's response, Frank leaned slightly towards him, and in a burst of speed appeared in front of Suzuya, who had he eyes wide at seeing the speed Frank's extreme.
Without waiting for he to say anything, Frank clenched his fist and used the force of a human on her beak, then slammed into Suzuya's abdomen. Making saliva flow out of his mouth.
Almost fainting with a blow, Suzuya looked in Frank's direction with unfocused eyes, as he tightly grasped the arm of the fist that struck him. And tightly clenching he fist at the [Quinque] range [S] that had he mode activated, increasing he range to [SS], he stabbed towards Frank.
Frank seeing how the knife was directed towards his chest, let Suzuya's movement come, to see how much damage he was doing. Since when casting [Observe] on the investigators, he realized that he had a lot of strength, with [Rank 3] having a strength of [1.0] for initiates and [5.0] for those who have years of experience.
While [Rank 2] have minimum [5.0] and maximum [10.0], [Rank 1] minimum [10.0] and maximum [25.0], [First Class] minimum [25.0] and maximum [50.0], [Special Associate ] minimum [50.0] and maximum [100.0] and finally the class [Special] has minimum [100.0] and maximum [200.0].
Which surprised him, since he had no idea how humans, more specifically the [CCG] researchers, got stronger. But after thinking about them for a second, I came up with a hypothesis that they used some part of the [Ghouls] to make an injection that modifies the muscles of the human body, since the constitution has the same high number, but divided in half.
So a [Rank 3] would have a minimum [1.0] or maximum [2.5] of [Constitution], which gave me to understand that you can have twice the strength of your [Constitution] without serious consequences. But thanks to my [Player body], I didn't have that handicap.

Seeing the high damage Suzuya had, Frank closed the window as he watched the boy who tried to stab him with a smile on his face- "H-heh, i t-touch you" -smiling at the words, Frank only lightly patted him .
"You did well boy, now rest" - hearing Frank's words, Suzuya's unfocused eyes closed, thus leaving him unconscious.
"Suzuya has more [Constitution] than an investigator of [Rank 3] maximum," Frank whispered to himself, since if he remembered correctly, Suzuya was under a ghoul named [Big Madam]. Which tortured him when he didn't have perfect results like a [Scrapper].
"Well let's get on with the last boss." Laughing at his words, Frank left Suzuya in a comfortable place, and approached Shinohara who had a serious look. Which had a worried look towards Suzuya.
"Don't worry, he's just passed out. Did you really think I would hurt one of my subordinates? "- Breathing a sigh of relief upon hearing Frank's words, Shinohara took a stance placing both of his hands on the handle of the long butcher knife.
"Thank you, now how about we start our fight?" - Smiling at Shinohara's words, Frank manipulated his [Ukaku] from his to form a simple heavy sword without any adornment.
"I agree" -finishing to say those words, Shinohara propelled himself towards Frank's direction, slicing vertically towards his chest.
Frank seeing that, just smirked and used his heavy sword to block the attack that was heading towards his chest.
Shinohara, seeing that his attack was going to be blocked, pressed his feet against the ground, changing the position of his feet and moving his arms, managing to change the direction of his attack and direct it towards his head.
But in an exceptional sleight of hand on Frank's part alongside his tall [Dexterity], he managed to easily change the position of his heavy sword and block the attack that was heading towards his head.
Using the flat part of the heavy sword, Frank struck Shinohara's side sending him flying a couple of meters to the left, thus severely damaging his rib. Which he swore to hear a cracking sound was heard as his sword struck his side.
Not letting Shinohara breathe, Frank instantly appeared next to him and using his arm to lessen the damage, he hit Shinohara's abdomen causing it to vomit bile from its mouth and causing the asphalt to have its etched shape.
Approaching with a slow but steady step, Frank pointed his sword in the direction of the Shinohara on the ground- "Do you give up?" -.
Taking a deep breath from his mouth to catch his breath, Shinohara replied after a few seconds- "I give up" -nodding upon hearing Shinohara's words, Frank removed his sword from his chest and gave his hand to Shinohara.
Accepting Frank's hand, Shinohara saw Frank's strength firsthand. Which could lift it with one hand.
"You can go with the boy, I have some things to do" - nodding at Frank's words, Shinohara lightly cleaned his investigator clothes and approached Suzuya, who was still passed out.
Heading towards the investigators he had a look of fear on his face, looking at his strongest investigator, Yukinori Shinohara, a [Special] class. He is easily defeated by the [One-Eyed King].
The investigators were afraid, so most were thinking of escaping, while minority were thinking of facing the [One-Eyed King].
"It is better that they surrender, even if I spare their lives" - pointing towards Shinohara and Suzuya, the researchers listened with fear to his next words - "But I cannot say the same about you" -.
"So give up and I'll spare your lives, try to escape and I'll finish you off!" - Finishing listening to his words, the researchers complied with the words that the [One-Eyed King] told them, since there was a small chance of survival. They grabbed it like there was no tomorrow.
"Now release your [Quinques], I'm curious about them" - fulfilling Frank's words without question, the researchers gave their [Quinque] to the [One-Eyed King], who grabbed one and out of curiosity threw [Observe] on the sword to see what made it so special.

Raising an eyebrow when he saw that the [Quinque] had a [Unique Ability], Frank cast [Observe] on it to verify what he did. Although with the name I already had an idea of its effects.

"That's why the investigators hurt the ghouls, now it only remains to discover their increase in strength" - with one of the mysteries being solved, now it only remains to find out how the investigators obtained their strength.
Finishing investigating the heavy sword in his hand, Frank turned his gaze to the investigators in front of him - "Now follow the ghouls behind me, you will be hostages for the moment" - listening to the orders of your King, the ghouls just nodded. While the investigators followed the ghouls.
Watching as the dozens of investigators were led by the ghouls, Frank just stared with an attentive gaze, in case an investigator wanted to do something silly.
So the seconds passed, with the investigators being escorted by the ghouls, to reach [District 1], where they are being held as hostages. Until the [One-Eyed King], decided his fate.
With only a few ghouls remaining after leading several dozen investigators into [District 1], Frank made his way to his throne and once close, sat on it. Once on his throne Frank used [Ki Detection].
Smiling at the sight of the 7 [Ki] signatures in the distance, Frank just smiled waiting for them to arrive, which they did after a few minutes.

Once in the place of the coordinates, the people of [Squad 0] watched in shock, as the [One-Eyed King] was sitting on his throne with a smile on his face, while the researchers were led towards what seemed the [District 1].
With serious looks on them face, the members of [Squad 0] took out their [Quinques] which had for with a striking similarity to [Yukimura 1/3].
All the members of [Squad 0] have the same [Quinque], except for their leader Arima, who held in his right hand a [Quinque] which takes the form of a spear attached to a pistol-sword hilt, while in His other hand has a [Quinque] which is shaped like four solar panels attached to a hilt of a rapier.
"Leave it to me" - hearing the calm words of their leader, the members of [Squad 0] nodded. As they headed towards the ghouls, they were interrupted by three white haired girls being Akira, Akina and Akino, along with Yumitsu and the Bin brothers.
Rising from his throne, Frank walked towards Arima who did the same, once at a distance of 2 meters, Arima and Frank observed each other with a calm look on their faces.
"It's nice to meet the previous [One-Eyed King]" - starting the conversation, Frank couldn't help but respect Arima, since he is one of his favorite of [Tokyo Ghoul] characters since he met the aforementioned universe.
Arima, upon hearing Frank's words, only nodded slightly - "It seems that Eto told you about me" -.
"Not really, it was pure conjecture. And with your words I was able to confirm it."-.
"Good, to claim the title of the [One-Eyed King], you'll have to kill me. So are you ready? "- said Arima, as he got into a stance with his spear called [IXA] putting it in front of him, while his other [Quinque] has the name of [Narukami] and he used it as a ranged weapon pointing in my direction .
"I'm not going to kill you but I am going to defeat you, and once do that. You will be able to stop taking the lives of others, and you will help others once you join my reign "-.
Widening he eyes in shock at hearing Frank's words, a smile appeared on Arima's face - "You will have to defeat me if you think to put me on your side" -.
"That's what I plan to do" - and with those final words, the calm look on Frank's face turned serious, since Arima would be the last boss who prevented him from conquering all of Tokyo.
