Launching feather-shaped projectiles from his [Ukaku], Frank watched with an excited smile on his face as Arima easily blocked the projectiles transforming [IXA] into his defensive form, which expanded to block Frank's projectiles.

Easily blocking the projectiles with [IXA], Arima used his another [Quinque Narakumi] and with a blast of electricity brewing inside it. He released a bolt of electricity concentrating on Frank, who was only able to dodge it.

Without letting Frank take a breath, Arima deactivates [IXA] defense mode and then pulls the trigger, causing the tip of the spear to sink into the asphalt. To continue to go out in the form of spikes in the direction of Frank, who was still in the air of the previous dodge from him.

Reacting quickly thanks to his high dexterity and his [Abnormal Reflexes] advantage, Frank used the condensed wings of his [Ukaku] to defend himself from the spikes, which pierced 3 centimeters into the wings.

Seeing how the concentrated beam was heading towards his, Frank without hesitation activated his [Kakuja] to cover the front of him, which he achieved with difficulty, so taking advantage of that moment, Frank ran towards Arima.

Once near Arima, Frank without hesitation used his [Rinkaku] on him and aimed at [Narakumi] to destroy him.

Watching in which direction Frank's attack was headed, Arima had to decide what to sacrifice, his arm or his [Quinque Narakumi] , but with Frank's level of danger. Arima decided to sacrifice [Narakumi], which broke the instant Frank's tentacles reached it.

Not wasting the opportunity he had, Frank pointed his other tentacles at Arima, who could only use [IXA] in defensive mode. But taking advantage of [Rinkaku's] blunt force, Arima used it as an impulse to get away.

A few meters away from Frank, Arima thought - "(First time I have retreated by enemy force)" - without lingering long on those thoughts, Arima continued to keep pulling the trigger of [IXA].

With several tentacles heading towards him, Frank with a huge smile on his face decided to face him head on, so he headed towards them. While at the same time he used his [Ukaku] again to fire his projectiles towards Arima, who returned to [IXA] in his defensive mode.

Slashing the tentacles of [IXA] and manipulating his [Rinkaku] to transform into toothy mouths or sharp swords, Frank slowly but steadily approached Arima. Which continued to maintain his calm gaze, which is knocked down by the slight smile he has on his face.

Smiling slightly at seeing Frank's strength, Arima decided to face him head-on. So approaching him with [IXA] in defensive mode, Arima pressed the ground and using his strength he accelerated towards Frank.

Appearing in front of Frank with [IXA] in defensive mode, Arima swiftly struck in Frank's direction, causing the blunt force of [IXA] alongside the high strength of him as [Demi-Human] and the [Body Reinforcement Injections] of the [CCG]. Arima sent Frank flying a few feet away.

Still with he smile on his face, Frank watched as the tentacle he left with Arima moved, then molded into a sharp-tipped mouth that shot toward Arima.

Arima, observing Frank's incredible manipulation of the [Kagune], could not react in time since it was his first time, seeing how the tentacle was molded out of the body of a ghoul, much less that it moved.

Since in order for the [Kagune] to move outside the body of a ghoul, the ghoul himself had to modify it in his body to react to certain stimuli and then separate it and hide it, making his modification in the [Kagune] se active with the stimulus previously programmed.

On the other hand, molding the [Kagune] in another way had the same process as the previous one, since it was impossible for a ghoul to mold his [Kagune] outside of his body. And although it had been tried before, no ghoul could manipulate more than 2% of his [Kagune] out of his body no matter how hard he tried.

So it came as no surprise that Arima couldn't defend himself from the way Frank manipulated [Kagune], because it was impossible and it had been proven several years ago that it cannot be molded or manipulated outside of a ghoul's body.

Arima seeing how the tentacle [Kagune] with a mouth with sharp points pierced his arm without any difficulty, even hearing what e called [Meat Parasite] swallowed his meat making it look more condensed and even managed to see small bumps begin to grow on the [Kagune].

Using [IXA] without hesitation, Arima without hesitation stab his arm in the direction of the [Flesh Parasite], which once stab made he arm feel some vibrations. To which he recognized as a cry from the [Flesh Parasite].

Pulling [IXA] out of his arm next to [Flesh Parasite], Arima turned her gaze towards Frank, who had a calm look on his face. The truth is, though, he was reading his system notification, which he only read lightly to focus on Arima again.

"You have developed your abilities beyond the [Ghouls], why did you even wait for me to come?"

"I wanted to fight the [One-Eyed King] to fully claim the title. Also, I wanted to fight with the [White Reaper] and compare our skills "–Frank replied with a smile on his face to Arima's question.

Arima smiled slightly at Frank's answer- "Then I'll have to do my best" -and with those words coming out of his mouth, Arima slightly crouches in Frank's direction and using all of his strength. He appeared in front of Frank stabbing into his eye with [IXA].

Frank with his high dexterity and [Abnormal Reflexes] could easily dodge him, but instead of doing that he grinned loudly and stabbed towards Arima with his [Rinkaku] from him. Thus crossing his abdomen with all the tentacles of him making a hole several centimeters high and wide, taking a shape similar to the enemies of a certain anime.

Vomiting blood with the tentacles of Frank's [Rinkaku] on his abdomen, Arima released the spear from him and with slow steps walked away from him, while Frank on the other side felt terrible pain, so much so that a gasp It came out of his mouth.

"It looks like you won," Arima replied as Frank slowly but steadily pulled [IXA] out of his eye, while his arms trembled. But in a superhuman display, his hands were still steady.

Frank once pulled the spear out of his eye that reached into his skull and passed through his brain, took out a [Potion of Hp (Supreme)] from his inventory, healing 100% of the [ Hp] from him in an instant. Like the injury to his eye, brain, and skull, he was instantly healed.

Approaching with slow but heavy steps, Frank reached after seconds towards Arima. Which was bleeding in the ground, thanks to the huge hole in his abdomen made by Frank's [Rinkaku].

"Do you subordinate yourself to your King?" asked Frank, his voice slow. Since just now his throat had been destroyed by his gasps, which strained his vocal chords. Being thus mute forever, if it weren't for the [Potion of Hp (Supreme)].

Coughing up blood to answer correctly, Arima could only watch his body bleed out, although he had the strength and stamina of a ghoul. He did not have a [Kakuhou] which meant that he did not have a [Kagune], therefore his regeneration is not as strong as a [Ghoul Rinkaku] and his regeneration is slower than a ghoul.

Also that as a [Demi-Human] his lifespan decreases by a great amount, resulting in he developing glaucoma in one of his eyes, and giving as a result in that he was dying of old age while alone in his 22 years.

"You don't want to claim the title of having killed the [White Reaper]?" Arima asked, as he watched Frank.

"It is not necessary, just having defeated you is more than enough. Besides that with your subordinates will give the information that you have been defeated by me, it is not necessary to I kill you "- Frank replied, to which Arima only nodded.

"Then I'll leave you the title [One-Eyed King], give this to Take Hirako and I hope to see what plans you have for me" - with those last words said, Arima fainted from the loss of blood, but not before giving him an envelope. bloody towards Frank. Grabbing the envelope, Frank opened his inventory and instantly took out a [Hp Potion (Supreme)], which caused the unconscious Arima to take it, healing all of his injuries and illnesses.

Picking up Arima in his arms, Frank headed towards his subordinates who were facing [Squad 0] very well, thanks to his new strength as a [Perfect Ghoul].

"Now that I see myself, this looks like the scene of Kaneki carrying Hideyoshi while he was heading towards Arima" - Frank whispered to himself when he saw that he was doing that mythical scene from season 2 of [Tokyo Ghoul] - "It seems that some things do not change "- shaking his head at this coincidence, Frank continued to approach towards [Squad 0] and their subordinates.

Spitting blood from his mouth, the man also known as Koori Ui. He reluctantly released his [Quinque] from them.

And with that scene repeating itself with all [Squad 0], as they were taken by surprise by the new force of the ghouls before results, thus increasing their dangerousness towards a [SS] rank.

Removing the [Quinques] from the entire [Squad 0], the triplets along with Yumitsu and the Bin brothers looked at Frank with a respectful look. Which was heading towards them direction with the dreaded [White Reaper] in his arms defeated.

"Impossible"

"It can not be true"

"Arima, was he defeated?"

The members of [Squad 0] looked on with incredulous looks on their faces as their leader, the [White Reaper], had been defeated by the [One-Eyed King]. Except for one person, who although he looked with surprise at the defeat of her leader, did not have an incredulous look on her face.

This person would be Hairu Ihei, the member of [Squad 0] that Frank met recently in his declaration of war against the [CCG].

Holding Arima in his arms, Frank stood in front of the members of [Squad 0] - "Their leader has been defeated, and out of respect for Arima, I will not hurt them unless they attack me" - were Frank's words to the members of [Squad 0] - "Arima also left a message, who is Take Hirako?" -.

Raising his face, Take spoke- "It's me" - nodding at that, Frank handed Arima's envelope to Take.

"See you next time [Squad 0]" - and with those parting words, the [One-Eyed King] walked away with Arima on his arm towards [District 1] leaving only some corpses of the investigators. Since most were taken to the aforementioned district.

Take seeing how the [One-Eyed King] walked away with his leader in his arms, he opened the envelope that Arima left for him. To continue reading it, after a few seconds of reading the letter, Take looked at [Squad 0], who were already calm and coldly thought about their past actions when seeing their leader defeated.

"Arima appointed me as the new leader of [Squad 0]" - coming out of their thoughts, the members of [Squad 0] heard Take's words - "He also left other words in the note, he said that if he is defeated by the [ One-Eyed King], may we betray the [CCG] and serve the [One-Eyed King] "-.

"Although the latter is voluntary, so raise your hand which will serve the [One-Eyed King]" - the instant Take finished saying his words, most of the [Squad 0] members raised their hands, except Koori Ui. Which had an apologetic look on his face.

"I knew I would do that" - were Take's words when he saw that Koori would not follow him - "Then let's follow the King" - and with those words the members of [Squad 0] being Take Hirako, Hairu Ihei, Yusa Arima, Rikai Souzu and Shio Ihei, followed in the footsteps of the [One-Eyed King].
