Chapter Twenty-three: Raging Celtic God

Lugh took the time to clean up the blood, capturing the tongue to throw it out aide to the dogs that were lurking.

"You know I could have cleaned it up; I was the one who made the mess.." I glanced in his direction, watching him straighten up his back, looking over at me.

Sometimes he does the strangest things...

He started at me a moment more before he sighed, growing deeply. "Yer my wife, yer carryin' my child, aye? I shall never risk yer 'ealth." He was unyielding in his statement, his conviction ran true, and his eyes flared gold with determination.

I stared at him, my lips pursed before looking away. "I guess you're right." I smiled, watching him put up the cleaning supplies, lifting his arms above his head to stretch. I shuffled over to him, wrapping my arms around his midsection. "Lugh... I wasn't going to kill him, no matter how much I wanted to. " it was an urge to purge the darkness, meaning silver tongue is definitely dark in aura. I managed to snap out of it before I decapitated him. "I understand, but ya didn't see what I witnessed. I've never seen ya that angry; I almost didn't recognize ya." He started down at me, gently brushing his lips across my forehead.

I shuddered against him, jumping and climbing up his body with ease, his hands automatically gripping under my thighs to hoist me up higher. "Well, I'm not furious anymore; I just wanna cum." A smirk pulled at my lips, watching his gold eyes churn, wild desire swarming in them. His face became serious, walking over you our bed, placing me down with ease.

My toes curled, and my back bowed off the mattress, groaning at the electric tingles traveling beneath my skin.

"I haven't even fucked ya yet, and ya already came." His lips brushed against my ears as his hand traveled beneath the skirt of my dress to plunge two of his fingers into my heat. He moved vigorously, watching as I came undone beneath him. "Lugh!" I gasped, climaxing yet again, pressing my head against his.

"Quit yer whinin'." he growled, plunging his fingers deeper, churning them around deep within my depths before he spree his fingers apart. I woke up groggily, hissing as I felt the pang of an ache lass through my body, staring out our window.

I got up in all of my naked glory, following the smell with my eyes closed, standing beneath the sun. There he had a skinned, gutted, and cleaned meal, cut I to different slabs of meat on a stick in the form of skewers. He had them placed over a fire pit he had created, looking up at me with a smile. "Finally up, aye?" He made his way over to me, see at running down his bare chest, smiling as I watched him reach out with both hands to caress my bulging belly.

"I heard food, and then I smelt it." I blinked as I glanced up at him, my two-toned eyes glowing. He chuckled, leading me over to sit by the pit, handing me an already cooked skewer, planting his lips right on my eyebrow. It was moments like this that made me wonder if I hadn't got to meet him this time around. My life was hell until he came along, things began making more sense than they have been to me for the first time in a long time, I can't going to give that up, and if I had to kill Wednesday so I could maintain and keep what I already have, then there was no questioning it.

I bit into the juicy meat, moaning at the intense heat, my eyes narrowing to slits. I blinked as I looked at the skewer before nibbling again, my stomach giving a satisfied grumble. I ate happily without the urge to throw it all backup.

"How much longer until the little bugger get 'ere?" Lugh had reached over, placing his large hand on my belly once again, gently rubbing the hardened akin in a slow, soothing circle. I stared at the pit as I thought, glancing over in his direction. "Five more months." I bit into my meal, closing my eyes to savor every delicious bite.

I chuckled at the childish thought, my eyes flickering back over to his face. I stared in wonder as I watched the trail of sweat disappear into his almost nonexistent beard, my hands reaching out to stroke his chin.

"Hope it's a boy, though I don't care what I get." Lugh ended up dragging me closer to his giant form, pulling me into his lap with ease. I blinked, listening to him mumble on, my hands resting calmly on the bulge. "All I want is not to repeat what was done prior." I tiled my head up to stare, noticing that Lugh had turned his green-gold gaze down onto me. I had to think about what kind of world I wanted them to grow up in, frowning at the thought that they would grow up in the eyes of silver tongue, him always prowling and watching on the outside, so that he could wait for his chance to start craziness again.

"Fuck that!" I growled, curling my fingers into fists, erasing the thought from my head completely. "Somethin' to do with Wednesday?" He questioned, brushing his lips against my forehead to put me at ease.

"Do you even have to ask?"
