chapter eleven.

When I reached home and saw the big house I actually remember that now the only person living in this place is my little sister Jesca and the house maids.What kind of family are we? .

I walk into Jesca's room and as soon as I do it I state my purpose, I mean what has happened.

"Gwen is pregnant! and I am NOT the freaking FATHER!"

"what?" she asks like I have been speaking a foreign language!, I just don't say anything in reply but soon enough her language skills come back to her .

"what do you mean she is pregnant?"

"I mean she got pregnant, and she is claiming am the dad ".She just looked at me silently for a brief moment.

"so you are not the dad ?" she asks while staring at me I just nod my head nervously.

"how would we know Jay? don't you live with this chick? and those pictures you took-"

"come on you know perfectly well that I AM GAY !!" I interupt her as she is midway in her sentence.She just continued staring at me like she did before .I don't know if maybe some of my sentences seem to be in a foreign language today.

"Jesca actually about the pictures I -I ..I don't remember anything about that night .I don't remember about my first date with Gwen when we took the pictures or any details".I finally confess to her .

"what ae you trying to say ?you lost your memory or something?"

"I really don't know I just don't remember anything nomatter how much I try"

"Why are you telling me only now?" she asks with a skeptical expression.

"Because I didn't think it was important and I thought it would make me seem crazy " I pointed out .

"So you just mysterious woke up from a girl's bed then see private pictures of you two to which you had no awareness of but said nothing?" she inquires I say nothing because I feel it was a pretty obvious retorical question .

"shit Jason you are a FOOL!!" she shouts .

"imagine if you were a girl and you find yourself in the same situation couldn't it be considered as a sexual assault? you forget an entire night like this don't you think you might have been drugged ? or do you think only girls can be raped?"

"i was not raped !Jesus how can Gwen rape me?" .

"how would you know you don't even remember ,here you are as a victim of an assault and you kept quiet about it !" .

She looks angry like she is about to cry while here I am not even understanding the moment ,could this be true ? could I have been really-

"no it's not true ,you are just imagining stuff " I whisper to myself but then I realize what if it's true?

"even if this is true , who would believe me , everybody would think am crazy".

Jesca laughed and shook her head "that's why she wanted you move in ! to make it seem like you guys hooked up so if she gets pregnant noone would doubt if you are the father ! Jason dear you just got gaslighted and manipulated by your fake girlfriend in the highest degree! they fake dating has its flaw but this one is just WOW!".

And that folks is how the hunter becomes the hunted .

I wish to say I went to sleep and woke up the next day to realize all that happened yesternight was one big nightmare ,but it didn't happen.

I wake up today to making plans with Jesca ,Adonis and Eli on what to do next .

"oh men all this could not happen if you told the truth from the beginning " says Adonis.

"Ok we get your point but the water has already been poured now hasn't it?" I inquire .

"hey no arguments here we are all in this together " says Jesca we all keep quiet.

"hey why don't you take a good old-fashioned DNA test?"asks Eli .

"yah that will be good !" agrees Adonis .

"but what if they just say I lied or changed the results ?". I ask then everyone stays quiet for sometime.

"Since Jason is not the dad there must be another guy who Gwen is dating who would be the father of the child " says Jesca.

"yap it means we need to actually investigate her life to know the identity of this guy she is hiding".adds Adonis .

"how are we to find out then ?" I ask because is not like she will be openly displaying this relationship to everyone.

Jesca stares at Adonis and Eli while smirking making us all wonder what the heck was she thinking about .

"I have an idea Adonis ,Eli we have a mission for you -

"what do you mean ? I don't want to be fake dating if that's what you thinking about!" protests Adonis.

"it's not about fake dating you just have to follow Jesca around without rising up any suspicions and since she doesn't know you guys it makes you perfect for the job !" explains Jesca .

"ok we will do that but you have to pay us for such a risky thing ". says Eli .

"also we don't know how long it may take to discover the truth " adds Adonis .

After this I actually felt better I mean I have a solution now things are supposed to change for the better now right ? wrong.

Things got messed up really, I can't even comprehend what just happened..It is the moment my dad calls me that I realize that somehow somewhere my parents already know that Gwen is pregnant and that I refused the baby ,hirray !.it actually gets worse mom and dad arrive back home and tell me all about accepting my responsibility as a father to be and manning up myself.

As I speak right now we have now somehow moved back home and mom and dad are home saying they would stay here till the child is born to protect the safety of their "daughter in-law" and "grandkid".I don't know if this should make me laugh or cry .All this years me and my sister lived on our own there was no worrying about our safety but for this Gwen and her pregnancy they go be worried now? Excuse me parents are you bipolar?
