"I can't believe you're moving all the way to Alaska," Payton said wrinkling her nose. "What am I supposed to do without you guys?  As long as I've been here, so have you. It's just not right."

"Well, there's all the national parks and fishing. I'm sure the kids will love it."


"You did not just tell her the perks of Alaska according to Jax, did you?" Emma said as she came in the room. "None of us girls want to go fishing, and can you see me hiking?  I can still barely keep up with you when I'm running. Put it on a mountain in the cold and you can forget about it."


The phone pinged, and Payton looked at it, "Well, I better get back to the house. Birthday party's at five. Be there or be square."


"Nerd," Jackson yelled as she walked out the door.
