This time my mind was more focused so I listened to Alicia and tried to stop providing more spirit power. Immediately after my body returned to normal. The only sign left from the flame engulfing me was my naked ass self.

The time it took for me to take out some clothes from the inventory, pretending to take them from my spirit tool, and wear them seemed enough to wake my parents from their stupor.

My mother rushed to me with concern evident in her face, and asked, "Are you alright honey? Do you feel pain anywhere? Did something go wrong?"

Something indeed went wrong. It almost went catastrophic failure level of wrong. "Fate" was trying to do something. Fortunately, I have my pall back me.

I put all of my free stats in LUK as a form of gambling and I won this at the 500 mark.

Luck favors the bold and you most certainly look like one.]

This perk was too vague from the start. What does it mean by favor? Will I suddenly get a plot armor or is it just some better chance in the lottery? I got another perk for 500 VIT too, it doubled my HP permanently.

Seems like five hundred is a benchmark of kind.

I still do not know the full extent of each perk but it seems they do a pretty good job.

[It wasn't this perk alone, master. The energy you extracted from your parents helped immensely in the process.]

So those two giant energy signs were really them.

"I'm fine, mother."

My mother seemed to calm down a bit but she was still on edge so I took her hand to reassure her.

"But why were you taking our spirit power son? What happened?" I turned to my front to answer my father's question,

"Do you remember that day mother brought a meteor down our way?"

At my words my mother gave me a pointed look while my father just chuckled in his gruff voice.

"Of course I remember. Does it have anything to do with that artifact you told us about? What was it called? Innovate clear?"

Nodding I responded, "Yes, that. It started to give off power and my spirits seemed to absorb it.

When I found it to be insufficient I looked for external power and yours looked to fit well."

It wasn't actually insufficient. I could feel it to be more than enough before "Fate" tried its shit. My version of this sacred gear might not be as strong as the original but it's still a Longinus-tier.

And Longinus is only used for gears that have the potential to kill gods and Buddhas.

"Spirits? As in plural?!"

Realization seemed to dawn on them and they finally remembered what happened here in the first place. My mother then excitedly asked in her usual soft and sensual voice, "What did you awaken honey?"

"Beast-type martial soul, Lion of the Rising Sun. It increases my base attributes by 100%. It has a sun attribute."

The radiation that Alicia talked about was for this reason too. Sun is basically a big-ass nuclear plant that has it's mass increased to million times that of the earth's, so it naturally gives high amounts of radiation, its heat is just a by product of that.

When that information sinked in their faces lit up with joy.

"No one has ever heard of a beat-type spirit giving a 100% rise to ALL attributes! And it has such a great element too!!" Hearing my element was sun he must have felt proud.

"That's not the end yet father. My tool martial soul is Claws of the Descending Moon. It is indestructible as long as an astral body is present and it's moon attributed ."

My smirk couldn't possibly be any wider.

Hearing the last part it was now my mother's turn to be proud. She was almost jumping in her place.

"Also, Rongrong, yes I'm even cooler now."

That was cute but why did she yelp? Did she really think I couldn't see her with only her head in?

Turning back I looked her in the face, also seeing Ling and Xiu.

"Hmph, it's not like my husband can be anything less than extraordinary." Ah, the tsundere in her is showing. Let's hope I wouldn't have to discipline a violent one when she grows up.

My attention was taken when Ling and Xiu came to me, the latter still a bit lacking in confidence but far better than before we healed her.

"T-this is for you, young master. We made it together." the older of the two tried to look confident but her voice and tense body betrayed her.

I took the gift and saw it was two intertwined little Lotus carved out of wood. 'Observe'

My maids were waiting to the side, giving me their congratulations when I looked at the two.

"Now honey I'm sure you're tired, let us all retire to our room for the day."

Everyone agreed with my mother and started to move out.

Reaching my room I could finally relax and have a look at all the notifications I have ignored till now.

A few things caught my attention while scrolling down.

Most important of which was this.

Since when did I have a class system?

[Since the beginning, milord. In your version of the Game, jobs/classes are not common. Unlike some other versions that offer a set of three beginner-level jobs that you can then advance further upon reaching the milestone, here you have the freedom of creating whatever kind of build you want.

Job systems give you skills, masteries, and stats of the same category. But you can't create your own skills until you max one, besides that, you would not get the +1 on all stats at each level nor the five free points.]

I just assumed that I didn't have this sub-system when I couldn't find it in my status. Not like it really matters. I like my version more. True, I have to learn everything a bit first but the ability to create my own skills is something I would not change with anything.

Not to mention my capacity to customize my stats.

'How does it affect my overall level?' This is one of the important parts. If it's going to level each time I level then it's a lot worse than what it portrays.

After reaching lv100 I had to work my ass off for each level and it just went up from there.

This is broken.

The multiplier works based on the bottleneck of each level/10, in other words, I will get +5 from Lv 51 to 60.

It means the first fifty Lv alone will give me the stat equivalent of 150 levels. And it will only get better when you take spirit rings into account. If this is not broken I don't know what is!

This is my path to unlimited power!

But for now, let's get used to my new form in a good dungeon diving session.

"Innovate clear: ten thousand year dungeon mode"

Right after giving the command, I was teleported to my usual hunting ground on the moon.

This is the first time I have ever came to the ten thousand-year version of my dungeon. And for good reason too. This place has beasts from 10,000 to 99,999 years old.

By my estimation, I can easily deal with forty thousand years old beasts as long as it is not something like Titan Giant Ape. That kind of beast is too much even for most Spirit Douluos.

It's not to say I can't, but the risk is high.

Now think a 99,999 beast of even more formidable lineage is attracted to my scent.

I will be done for unless I use the eighth gate but that is just a death sentence in another form.

But now with the boost from my spirits, I can do some workaround.

Focusing for but a moment I was surrounded by the still unfamiliar feeling of my martial souls. My body began to grow a couple of feet. My muscles bulged up quite a bit.

The grass under me started to turn to ash instantly. I could see the trees around slowly start to catch fire.

Looking down at my hands had me seeing my gauntlet-adorned hands. They looked mesmerizing. Each part had so many details stimulating its beauty.

*Crack* *Growl*

I jumped away from the sound, hands stretched and ready to slash at any moment.

In front of me stood a 15 feet long Black jaguar illustrated by blue lightning patterns, ready to pounce with an open jaw of sharp teeth.

I can't run, cats are naturally ambush predators, it will attack from behind the moment it sees the opening.

Not wasting any more time, "Gate of Limit, release!"

Opening the fifth gate from the get-go I dashed toward the big cat. The black feline, sensing the threat lashed out with its claw making me change my course to dodge the deadly slash heading my way.

I jumped back again, opening the distance between us.

So its fast enough to counter me with all my buffs? That's bad.

'Shadow clones'

Using the puff of smoke as a distraction I switched places with my clone right before each of us darted for a different side of the beast.

"Chidori Senbon!"

The lightning beams from my clone to its left side made the jaguar jump at the clone and bite his head off, fortunately that was enough opening for me to attack to its right,

*Chrips*

"Chidori!"

My Claws were covered with concentrated lightning and zooming fast in direction of the beast's eye. Right as my hand slashed at the eye of the beast it dodged to the side and hit me with its paws. I could barely rise my hand to defend before the attack came.

*BOOM* *Crack*

"Agh, Mother fucker..."

The impact had sent me flying back a good mile or two. The hand which with I defended is a bit numb.

That hit took almost one-fifth of my health. Fuck.

Before I could take a breath the beast was upon me again, this time covered by lightning from head to tail.

I had just enough time to maneuver around its raised paw and get to the back of the giant cat's neck, not giving it any time to shake me off I clawed the neck as many times as I could.

*Rooaarrr*

The beast let loose a scream of pain and lashed with its tail. I dodged the blitz by a hair's length, running away from the beast to make some distance.

My Chidori boosted slash seems to have blinded it and the attack just now was pretty deep. The place I stood on seems to have been burned too.

The jaguar started to size me up and down warily, hesitating to come close again.

*Growl*

Why do I feel like that was a taunt?

"You sound like a bitch, bitch!"

Spirit beasts of older than ten thousand years can understand human language. This seemed to be no exception to the case if the fury in its dash was anything to go by.

I had to dodge a flurry of bites and scratches for some good minutes while taking some slight damage here and there before I found the next opening.

When it went up on two legs to crush me from above I gathered and focused the flames from my martial spirit on tip of my claws and thrust for the heart.

*Splash* *Drip,Drip*

"*Growl* No one messes with the King"
