"If we got this, then we do!"

Cane turned his gaze at Quincy with hardness while they stood near abandoned house that had gangsta graffiti writings on it. They waited for MVR to arrive.

It 10 minutes, MVR pulled over in an old Volkswagen red in color. He wanted a disguise, if was caught to be siding with criminals, it would be costing his license as an officer. He wore a black leather jacket, a white T-shirt and deep sea blue trousers with a white sneakers. MVR was popularly known for good looks, fashion and smartness at fighting and indulging in crime.

Cane abs Quincy stood with their hands crossed like they waited for a fight.

"Hey boys!" Mendez smiled tightly

"No time, Man! Here's all you need to get 'em. They'd be at the airport any moment." Cane home a small phone.

It carried every details, Dean and Angie's audio and video recordings, about their fly out plan.

Mendez accepted it with an overwhelming joy, he was excited that these boys could used be bait, he thought to himself. He tucked the phone into the pocket on his trouser

"That's cool, boys!" Mendez mentioned

"...We ain't your boys...keep to your lane while I keep to mine. Whatever you got on me or us, is fucked" Cane warned with a half smile

"MVR you got this?" Quincy asked to maintain their deal

"Trust me! Ever heard I snitched? Give me what I want, I give you what you need....just simple" Mendez emphasized

"I know you from way back man, you got shit on you. Don't fuck this up!" Cane warned again

"Chill! Stick around. Thanks for the update!"

Mendez appreciated regardless then drove away. Cane turned to Quincy

"Stay back and watch....Don't fuckin cry though!" Cane teased

"I wanted this, Nigga. Boys don't cry for no snitch!" Quincy added with a smile as they walked away

Mendez and Chloe Winkers and two other cops waited in disguise at the airport as planned. Mendez and Winkers sat in a separate car likewise the other from a good distance.

"How did you get all these done?" Chloe took a binocular to check around

"You won't believe it even if I told you. Watch how it's done, Winky." He shortened

"Chloe, Mendez....Did you threaten the poor kid again?" She looked at him in distaste

"They ain't no kids....they could actually give you a bullet for free......" He smiled "I did what y'all couldn't, as a good cop, I'd take your shenanigans as an excuse" he turned away

"Whatever boss!" She called in slight sarcasm

"I can't find my son!" Angie cried

The only person she could care extra for is Quincy, her son. Everything was just a game of cards played before her.

"We don't need to Angie, he'll be fine. He can always survive it and I'll come back to get him, honey trust me!" Dean tried to convince her as he held her arms hardly forcing her to understand what he was trying alert her.

"You don't care about him, do you?" She doubted

"I do! Its not just time to talk about this. We got two hours to run this shit, pack up!" He ordered politely, his voice sounded more of authority than politeness itself.

After an hour, they got to the airport. The reception attendants were redirected by Mendez on how to play along. Dean and Angie did not notice the abnormalities because they assumed no one was searching for them except Renzo who wouldn't involve himself with Plane station. Attendants were nice as expected but a consistent look from Mendez's men, signaled him that something could go wrong. Dean held onto Angie's arm unbridled

"Go to the restroom or somewhere you could stay safe for a minute, we got company!" He whispered to her

"What the fuck are you talking about, Dean?" Her voice trembled

"You have to!" Dean assured knowing it was time to pay for his sins. There was no time to point fingers

"Dean.....?" She hesitated. First time she cared about someone, which was her old time lover, Dean Mason

"Sort me out, Angie!" He hugged out, trying to be a man that he was.

"I promise!" She decided to use the bathroom

Dean played along, he displayed some suspicious attitudes that caught the attention of the cops like he wanted, only to keep Angie safe then Mendez and Chloe did the nabbing.
