Chapter 29: I'm Rich!
At the afternoon on the same day, people look at Lucis house directions and start a commotion.
Suyi is rebuilding Lucis house and cleaning his house. Thought it's very crude, it is liveable.
Suyi keep running back and forth between her house and Lucis mud house bringing stuff and replace the straw bed to a new one. Some people thought she'd movie in Lucis house.
Some people came and look at Lucis house getting tidy up by Suyi diligently. Among all the younger generation girl in the village, Suyi definitely the most had worker. The elder in the village all look at her with respect.
"have mister Lucis return?" Elder Dun and Dini came after some ruckus in the village.
"villager chief." Suyi bow respectfully at Elder Dun.
"mister Lucis is not back yet. I just help him take care of his house since it's been abandoned for too long." Lucis never said anything about repairing his house or his bed but Suyi feel like she's should at least do it after Lucis send the deer directly in her backyard earlier this morning.
Dini frown and look at Suyi. She's confused Why would she do that?
"what's going on, I've heard a lot of people talking about this house?" a young man came towards elder Dun and Dini that standing outside Lucis house. He's definitely the most handsome man in the village currently. his clothes doesn't even fit in the rest of the villagers, it look expensive and only something people in the big city wear.
"ah!" Dini wave her hand at her face blushing after realized the young man approaching her.
Elder Dun realized this and look at the young men and Dini and shake his head with a smile.
"he's your fiancee and you still being this shy?" Elder Dun ask Dini amused by her behavior.
"grandpa!" Dini punch elder Dun and steal a glance at the young man that looking at her with a sweet smile.
'why are they flirting in front of mister Lucis house? I thought Dini like mister Lucis before.' Suyi look at Dini feeling disbelief. Did she fall in love basically to anyone?
"ehem, Elder Dun, who's house is this?" the young man politely point Lucis house with his thumb. The way he move is like he's a noble.
"ah, this house belong to someone call Lucis but I don't know where than kid goes to now. It's been couple months ago since I last saw him." elder Dun stroke his beard and shake his head.
'did chief just call mister Lucis name casually and even call him a kid?' He's so polite at him months ago and now that he have Konan as his grandson-in-law, he's become arrogant.
"aah, so it something like that." Konan put his hand behind his back like a cultural and wise man. His smile would melt any women around him.
"you're lucky you come back early or Dini would be married off to the kid that live here." suddenly grandma Nan appear spicing thing up.
Konan didn't feel good after he heard that. Did his fiancee almost get married with the person that live here? That still acceptable but when he thought about the possibility of Dini love Lucis, his calm manner almost twisted into rage.
When Dini saw Konan expression, she's panicked. "don't misunderstand, I never like him. We just helping him since he's new here." she said in a panic.
The way Dini act lovely dovey towards Konan amuse elder Dun and grandma Nan. They smile and look at each other giving the understanding nod.
While the drama unfold in front of Lucis house, Suyi feel burning rage within her heart.
'helping him? It's more like he's helping the whole village. What will almost married to? Do you think your granddaughter is worthy enough?' Suyi maintained her calm expression. She pretty mature and getting used to how everyone in the village behave. But recently, she almost can't recognized them anymore.
"chief, I'm done here. I'll be excusing myself." Suyi bow at Elder Dun and quickly ran back to her house. She start losing her patience at how Elder Dun house quickly turn 180 for every opportunity.
'this is why your previous son in law cheat you, you guys are too greedy.' Suyi secretly cursing at Elder Dun and grandma Nan.
As all of this happening, Lucis is sitting quietly inside the tiger cave watching what's happening in front of his house using his devine sense.
"wow, people really do can change face that quickly." Lucis shake his head and smiles bitterly. He was about to create another immortal cave here when the rune he place under his bed triggered. When he check, he saw how diligent Suyi is at fixing his house though her craft is really bad.

Lucis turn around and start digging through the mountain using his sword. he plan to dig this cave all the way out to the other side of the mountain.
The mountains is big and he can make a lot of room in here for future use. He found a couple of cave similar near the top of the mountain but all of it is empty.
After digging about 900 meter deep, he hit the familiar black stone from the cave underwater.
"this entire region is filled with this kind of stone. Don't tell me the energy flowing here is strong too.. "
He increased the pace of his sword and start digging deeper.
After another hundred meter, Lucia stop and shaking uncontrollably, the energy flow really did increased but not as much as the 39 floor underwater cave.
What really surprised him is, he dug out magic stone. It's a magic stone vein.
"this black stone is really mysterious. It can even hide magic stone." still feeling doubtful, he dug deeper towards the magic stone. The magic stone vine going down deeper similar to the black iron vein.
The deeper he goes, the bigger size of the magic stone he got. After almost an hour, Lucis finally stop.
The area he dug is as big as the 39 floor room and it's filled with magic stone with various size. He could continue but his storage dimension is almost full.
"I need to seal this carefully. This can move a big clan like NorseThunder clan." he start feeling nervous instead of feeling excited. Not only the magic stone is fresh, the quality of the magic stone is vary between low grade to the top grade all sitting here patiently waiting to be mine out.
Even the famous NorseThunder clan that own 7 magic stone mine. The best magic stone available there is only medium grade. Only the super force have the ability to own high grade magic stone mine. But top grade is different, it's rare and difficult to find. There's no mine that's specially have this top grade. It sometimes appear in the low, medium or even high grade magic stone vein but the most they can get is one or two and when one is lucky, they can find about 5 at best.
"no wonder this entire region is abandoned. The energy vein never move but instead covered by a special stone layer that blocking the energy flow and even devine sense."

Lucis ran back to the black stone layer and carve a huge round ball to block the entrance. He even add some simple array for illusion and sense blocking defense.
He keep making adjustments until Sundown to make sure not a leak of the magic stone aura to the tiger cave entrance.
He teleport to his house and check his pocket storage inventory.
This time he maintained a calm expression but deep inside, he's shouting the words "I'm rich" to the whole world.
He's been holding back all this time and lamenting his fate for being the most poor cultivator.
Not only he have magic stone now, he have a lot and a whole mine at that. Cultivator monetary system is magic Stone. One low grade magic can be use to quickly replenish one energy source, they can also use it to speed up their cultivation.
100 low grade magic stone is worth 1 medium grade magic stone. Similarly, 100 medium magic stone is worth 1 high grade magic stone. But the top grade magic stone can be worth better 100 to 1000 high grade magic stone and sometimes even more.
Top grade have the ability to clear block meridian when absorbed to smoothen their cultivation. It's a popular magic stone to help people during their realm advancement.
