The trio vs The Creature

No one really knew when The Creature reached the inside or how it got there. Actually, no one paid any attention to it at the point.

With all the ruckus going on, the troop did not have the time to check. People were too busy protecting their own lives to actually pay attention to the surroundings. Furthermore, there was no clue that was pointing The Creature to the stampede anyway. All the previous skirmishes aimed at The Creature either did not make it to the end or did not find anything useful. Thus, no clue of the stampede was concludes. If it appeared out of nowhere, they would have just shot at it and dealt with it like any other animals. The truth that something managed to create a stampede on its own was just unprecedented.

Thanks to that, the accidental conductor, who entirely out of luck arranged the massive running of various animals, sneaked into the city without anyone and anything's notice. Even the armored elephants who followed it all the way lost the sight of it at some point. The small size of the pink pig and its cunning plus calculative nature helped with the covert mission a lot. It ultilized everything, from the environment, to the animals, to the people. It waited until the force has been weakened by the gorillas to actually release the young elephant, and in the process, it made the calf walk towards the gate. It knew the human to some extend, so it believed the human would kill the baby almost instantly. The plan was planned ahead in its mind. How to capture the baby elephant, how to force it to run , when to wait and when to release. It thought that if the adult elephants were so protective, they would definitely do something. The result, it was absolutely correct.

The gate bursted because of that.

And once the gate was opened, it quickly burried itself under the ground to avoid being detected, and crawled through the entrance.

When it reached the inside, it tried desperately to hold its appetite even though the scent of the human corpses near the now-destroyed gate were so delicious that they made it drool.

At first, it intended to feast on the available bodies since that was the orginal purpose. It has been quite a while since The Creature has had human meat. But then, it suddenly felt a strong sense of 'pulling' coming from a specific direction. Something that was extremely fragant kept pulling the pig towards it. The sense was not exactly a smell since the pig did not smell anything. It was just something that The Creature picked up through sheer thoughts.

It did not know how or why it was drawn to that direction. However, its whole body was moving on their own, and the closer it got, the stronger the sense became. From deep within its basic instincts, there was a scream, telling it to keep on moving forward and try to devour the source of that. If it managed to do so, something drastic would happen.

After a while of constantly moving, bypassing every other animals and personnels available in the area, it finally reached the place.

On one side, a busted vehicle was lying there. Many human were standing or sitting, but it did not pay them any attention.

In its head, the strongest pulling sensation was coming out from a specific trio.

In the middle of nowhere, stood three extremely distinctive individuals.

To the pig, it did not have eyes, so obviously there was no way for it to judge the appearance of the three. And even if it did, it would not have thought of them as beautiful or ugly. They were not the same species, so the appearance or the looks did not matter in any case.

It was drawn to this place because of something that it did not understand.

There was something special about the three, that it could not resist the primal urge inside its body.

While lying still to become undetected, its tentacles vibrated, creating a mental image of the trio.The image revealed nothing special. They did not carry heavy armor and weapons like the previous soldiers The Creature faced in the past. In fact, they were relatively armor-less comparing to its past encounters. They did not have a bulky body with muscles, so probably their strength was relatively low. It thought to itself what the reason for the attraction that they were giving it, since at first glance they were even less apealing than its previous opponents.

After facing many foes, especially the elephants, The Creature has learned an extremely important lession, and that was to be patient. Maybe they had something special, and it needed to find out. Maybe their skins were harder than stone like that of the armored elephants that were raging around.

It has made them its prey for now, but it needed more informatiom before commencing the attack. For the sole purpose of keeping itself alive and eating their flesh, it needed to find out the battle abilities and to stay hidden.

At one point, from another direction, came a flying boulder. It has 'seen' that before. That was the same style that the gorillas used. When the flamethrower and bazookas were deployed, the human barely got rid of the charging gorillaa. They only made the pack more furious. The Creature was staying hidden in the background, so it had a clearer view of the batfle field. It could see that the gorillas had their own tactics. They divided their groups into multiple sections, each had a different attacking method. The worst about this was that the leader of the pack was in the ranged group.

It was possible that the flying boulder was coming from the gigantic arms of that alpha, which stood on its backlegs like a human.

Nevertheless, the attack was nothing less than a blessing. With the boulder flying at the trio, I could at the time determine whether or not they had any thing special that it needed to be aware of.

Then, a magnificent wave of that 'scent' that kept pulling it towards the trio suddenly appear. Right after that, the flying rock was met by a huge explosion with shockwave so strong that it flattened the grass on the ground and the thing blew up into bits and crumbled.

For a second, something was triggered within the trio that resonated with The Creature from deep within its body before the explosion. It felt like every single cells in its hand-size body was on the edge of exploding. Hunger, greed, whateter the feeling was similar to, it did not matter anymore. Because of that, its instict took over, pouring out like water through a broken dam.

From the ground, it curved its tentacle, plunged them deep into the earth, and shot up of like a bullet. While flying, the tentacles inside the mouth extended and the pointy bits created a drill. That technique has worked many times against the human, so it reckoned that probably these weak looking human would be affected as well. The drill aimed straight at the head of The Boy, and it was waiting for his head to be pierced through like a watermelon.

If it faced the human, the drill skill would have worked as intended. The tentacles would have impaled the head, and brain matter would have splattered everywhere. However, what it faced was not a normal person.

In a fraction of a second, The Boy did an incredible dodge. His upper body bent backwards and his knees bent forward while still being able to maintain his balance, giving room for him to stay alive.

The moment The Creature shot up from its hiding place, he has already taken a notice of the strange looking thing but was unable to transmit the info to the two other girls as the speed of the pig was too fast.

Still, he was able to move his body better since he has already taken the special made pills that The Mother gave him. The medication helped him with his body control and movement, so they he could go beyond his normal abilities.

With a loud 'whoosh' by his ears, the claw like tentacles flew by his face by just less than an inch. But he still got a shallow cut from that attack, and bloos was leaking out from the wound.

The Creature dropped onto the ground and retracted its tentacles into the mouth. And in that instance, its entire body was filled with joy.

The blood on the sharp point that was able to touch The Boy was extremely potent. For unknown reasons, it felt like his blood was even more delicious than all of its previous preys combined.

It needed more.

Just as the pig was still shaking from excitement, suddenly, out of thin air, a metalic orb appeared right in front of its face.

Immediately upon seeing that, half of its tentacles plunged into the ground to push it back wards, while the other half quickly tightened and covered its body like a rubber band ball.

BOOM.

A loud explosion, the pig was engulfed by fire the nick of time, and the ground was shaken up by the blast.

The power of the explosion was verified previously, when The Girl transported her sphere to where the boulder was flying towards them. So the trio thought that it would be sufficient to defeat The Creature.

To their suprise, it did not kill the thing.

In his visual sphere, The Boy could see the pig shooting backwards. Although its body was covered in burnt marks, the situation was clear that The Creature did not suffer too much.

The trio have been practicing on how to use their weapons and how to work together.

The one most important thing the have deduced in all of their training sessions is that they should be better off doing ranged attacks. Their abilities are more distant orriented, so it was simply logical to fight while standing far away.

The Boy would be the trio's eyes, and the two girls would be his arms and legs.

Right after confirming the location, The Boy sent his mental image to The Class Rep. Her 2 chakrams were then activated, and flew straight at The Creature.

Currently, the princess can only control two objects and the same time with high accuracy. Doing three would drastically reduce her focus, so they were using only 2. It was similar to a normal person learning to play the piano with two hands at the same time. The Class Rep would definitely get to the point where she could use more objects at once, but right now that is still a bit difficult.

By the time The Creature touched the ground after being flown away, the chakrams have already arrived. The rings then started spinning, increasing their cutting power.

Sensing the impending danger, the pig outer appendages vibrated greatly. An intensive image of the surrounding was formed, and the thing extended its sharpest tentacles inside its mouth, while started spinning at the same speed as the discs.

Dan dan dan dan dan.

The sounds of metal erupted along with sparks of light.

Although The Creature was being pushed back, it did not meet any actual harm.

Then, one of the two chakram separated itself, turned sideways, and flew to the back of the thing, aiming to cut through its behind.

The Creature was already aware of that since the vibration of its tentacles never stopped from the start.

With one of the chakrams gone from one side, the pushing stopped and it had a bit more room to breath. It has seen the structure of the two chakrams. They are all have a clear weakness even though it is extremely difficult to pull off. And that weakness is the center of the discs. If somehow it could attack the center rather than the spinning discs, it can push them away.

When the chakram from behind it has almost reached its body, once again it launched into the air.

Thanks to that, the front and the back chakrams both missed their target. Still, the pig was actually in a much more serious situation.

Being airborne, there was absolutely no way for it to dodge. There was no platform or surface that it could hold on to.

And the chakrams controled by The Class Rep did not waste such a splendid chance. The two flying discs almost immediately flew upward, following the trajectory of the pig.

The Creature knew that they would follow it. After all, it created a favourable opportunity for them.

Flying in the air, the appendages of The Creature turned into a black color.

Similar to that of the armored elephants.
