When I first open my eyes to the new day, I am met with a notification box.

With that everything is done for me but looking around the room I can see that Freya has evolved.

With their difficulties behind them and new paths ahead they will need something to give them a boost on their path. With a magic core now unlocked they have all they need to carry them to great heights.
From the outside, Freya looks the same maybe a bit large but not noticeable. But what is noticeable is the feeling she gives; she has a more dignified kind of feeling. She walks around the room with her head higher like she is ready for anything and can back herself up and is less reliant on us.
With the whole gang now in E- rank and all of us with our magic unlocked I think it only makes sense that we all go out and test what we can all do.
Outside the village, we head to an open part and away from anyone to make sure that no one is harmed or in danger. Just in case.
First up is Rex as he seems the most energetic.
Me: "Alright Rex shows us what you got."
When his magic activates, I can see his blue strips down the side of his body light up and magic flows down it sort of like a vein or artery, but you can see what is inside.
With magic flowing through Rex, I can see his body bulge and his fur standing up becoming a bit more intimidating. He then runs into the forest for a moment and then runs back out with a massive stick in his mouth that he looks like he is barely holding onto in his mouth.
Me: "Rex no, I meant to show us your ma-"
*Crunch*
Splinters and bark are sent flying around and I quickly have to brink my arm to cover my eyes. Once the impromptu shrapnel has stopped, I look towards Rex and see that he has snaped the twig in two with his jaw. Still, with my attention, Rex then uses his paw to hold one of the pieces of wood and then use his other to bend the piece of wood. Under the pressure, the wood creaks before snapping in two.
If Rex ever decided to bite someone's head. Unlucky that person.
Me: "Good boy Rex." I say whilst petting his head.
After giving Rex and good pet and him having a playful roll around with Freya it is time for Freya to give us a show.
Me: "Alright Freya, show Rex who is boss."
Different from Rex when he uses magic, Freya seems to sort of becoming transparent but not quite it looks a lot like a mirage. Like on hot roads and you see water, but it is just the heat except that Freya is not giving off any heat.
With magic pumping, Freya turns more in the direction of the open fields before she sprints into the field. She is moving much faster than Rex, or I could ever get to. She is zipping around the field almost like she is disappearing.
Well for those two it looks like Rex got Enhanced Strength/ Strength Buff and Freya got Agility Speed/ Agility Buff. Although Freya looks a bit more than just speed, I am unsure quite what it is. With the evolution, it said that she would have a bunch of potential. Maybe I read a bit too much into it.
Now it is time for my magic. What is my magic? I was about to go to my stats when I realised that with so many notifications, I missed one.

I have fire magic; I was more of a lightning mage when I used to play video games, but I won't pass up fire magic.
No reason to delay this let's do this. How do you activate magic?
Guess I am following the way of online novels that I used to read. Remembering what Rex looked like when he activated his magic, I think of that as a basis and think of something flowing inside.
I feel a tingling coming from the right side of my chest right next to my heart but not my heart. It spreads from the chest to around my body until everything tingles and then it feels normal again. Imagining fire on my hand I then have a burst tingling like a small electric shot into my hand before I then start to feel the heat.
Opening my eyes, I can see that there is a small flame in my hand. This is so cool I have an actual fire on my hands right now. It is starting to hurt my hand a bit, so I stop the flames by imagining no flame which makes it go out.
I just did magic. God, I am a massive nerd. But I love it.
