Mark held two swords in each of his hands, and a non-conspicuous backpack on his back. They were both around the same length of 40 centimeters and were one-sided blades.
A teacher had walked in behind them as well, but they gave no attention to him. He was there to check their ability, and that was the only way they were going to talk to them.
Ayral brought out her goblin archer and handed it the bow and arrows. Seph brought out her slime; it needed nothing.
Ross brought out his Zapping Wolf. It was a brownish wolf with all of its fur standing up on its body as if it was ready to electrocute anything it touched.
Mark and Tim both brought out their Goblin Warrior.
Tim's Goblin Warrior came out a second earlier than Mark's and looked like a normal warrior, but when Mark's Goblin Warrior came out, it dwarfed the other Goblin Warrior.
In fact, if not for the obvious resemblance of the two, most wouldn't even think that it was a Goblin Warrior at first.
Everyone in the dungeon was surprised, including the teacher, and including Mark.
'What?' he said in surprise as he saw the massive figure of the goblin warrior that came out from within him.
'It's buffer than last time. Is that from the experience?' he wondered.
"Holy Sh*t brother, where did you get such a hunk of a goblin warrior?" Ross asked. Even with a Zapping wolf, he was jealous of the Goblin Warrior in front of him.
"Uh… I just bought it on the internet, and I got it. I was very lucky," Mark said.
"Sure yeah you're lucky. Look at it, it has nearly 50% more muscles than mine. Its weight must be greater too. I can't imagine the amount of damage it will do," Tim said.
Mark just smiled. The girls were surprised too, but they didn't say anything.
"Alright, yes the goblin warrior is great, but we need to proceed with the dungeon. Who knows, maybe they have hidden time requirements too," Ayral said.
Everyone nodded and walked. Mark handed one of his blades to the Goblin warrior. In its hands, it looked like a dagger, rather than a sword.
'I should buy it a greatsword,' he thought.
Soon they met a goblin.
"I'll take it," Ross said before anyone could even plan for anything and immediately killed the goblin.
"Hey, don't do stuff on your own. You need to discuss with us first," Tim said.
"What? I told you I got this, right? Why should we talk first for a weak goblin?" Ross asked.
"Do you want to fail or what?" Ayral said while pointing to the teacher who was taking notes in the back.
"Oh, sh*t. Thanks for reminding me," Ross said.
"Alright, Let's g— Mark, what are you doing?" Ayral asked as she saw Mark kneel to the goblin and started cutting it up.
"Hmm… I am skinning it. You're not going to leave loots laying around the dungeon right?" Mark asked.
"Ummm no, but since this is an exam, shouldn't we hurry it up?" she asked.
"You said so yourself. There might be hidden requirements. What if the management of loot is one of them?" Mark asked.
"Uhh… I guess that makes sense. Okay, continue," Ayral said.
"I'm done," Mark said immediately as he removed the skin and took out a goblin marble from inside.
"Who is going to keep that?" Seph asked with her cold tone.
"I am," Mark said. "Or more accurately, my Goblin Warrior will." Mark took off the bag from his back and unfolded it to show that it was actually a large bag, capable of holding a lot of things.
Mark put in the skin and marble and urged the group to start moving. The group obliged and continued down their path.
Along the way, they met a lot of goblins, but Ross took care of them in a single attack from his Zapping Wolf.
Every time, Mark would walk up to the dead goblin, remove its skin and take out goblin marble or mana stone if there were any.
As usual, Mark swiftly took care of the goblin's skin and removed the mana stone that was in its chest.
"You seem quite proficient at this stuff. It can't be just from the visual training we were given in the class, is it?" Tim asked from the side.
"Oh no. I'm used to this. I have been working in this dungeon as a porter for the last year," Mark said.
"Working in a dungeon?" the group was surprised.
"Isn't that illegal? Can you tell us that?" Ayral asked, concerned about the teacher hearing it.
"It is, but not for me. I got special permissions from both Hunter and Dungeon association. As long as I only worked as a porter and nothing else, I was allowed to work in a dungeon."
"I've been here thousands of times if not more. I know the monster here like the back of my hand. And in doing my work for the last year, I have become quite efficient at removing the goblin's skins, marble's and stone," Mark said.
"Woah," the group said.
"It's quite a confidence boost learning that an experienced veteran is in our group," Tim said.
Mark smiled and showed them the way inwards.
Starting with goblin warriors, the party started fighting with their monsters as well and not only used Ross's, Zapping Wolf.
However, the most they needed was Ayral's goblin to throw arrows at the other goblins and Tim's goblin warrior to distract it while Ross's Zapping wolf killed it.
Goblin warrior, goblin archer, and goblin wizard, all fell to the same Zapping wolf. It was honestly like playing a game with the cheats turned on.
Mark made sure to cut off the skin and remove any mana stone and marbles from each of the corpses. He had managed to gather a lot by now.
Finally, they were outside of the boss room, and after making sure the whole team was ready, Tim slowly opened the door.
