Chapter Five

Tyler POV

Vanessa is back, i couldn't contain my happiness i was worried the whole time she wasn't at home. I even thought she left because i wasn't good to her but i was sad that she left her. It's funny because i didn't even care about her not that i didn't want to be close to her but she was dangerous, i didn't know her story but it seem like she belong to a mafia gang (not sure just my thoughts) and there was one thing i know about her she was an underground fighter and the only one who has been able to beat Daniel. Daniel was like the best fighter i knew until she came along and beat him.

As if beating him wasn't enough, she made Daniel's life miserable. I promised myself not to move near her or have anything to do with her but my mom had to adopt her. Why does she even need someone to adopt her? She's very rich and had everything she could ask for and again i didn't know why she fights.

I was happy when she said she couldn't remember anything, maybe she isn't so bad after all i thought to myself and at the same i was wondering why she wasn't eager to know the kind of life she used to live. My thoughts was brought to an end when i heard her voice.

"Ty, let's go" I took the key to my key and headed outside with her

"Why did you call me Ty?" I asked her (because i wanted to talk to her but had no idea what to say) as i opened the passenger door for her.

"I just thought it sounds cool but if you don't like me calling you that i will stop" she said waiting for me to answer her but when i didn't reply she continued " I will just continuing calling you Ty till i find another nickname for you"

"I also have a nickname for you, I'll call you Esa" I told her "It's the last three letters from your name"

We had already reached McDonald's and as she smiled at me she got out of the car telling me she was starving. After parking my car properly i went inside with her and ordered hamburger and fries, i also ordered the same with coke. After eating we left and i decided to take her around town but she refused saying she was tired and wanted to sleep

I didn't argue with and agreed to take her home, just as i was about to start the car she told me to wait. She left the car, i followed her immediately and asked her where she was headed. She pointed to a guy who i haven't seen around before.

"I think i know him" She said and left to meet the boy

Vanessa POV

I saw a guy who looked familiar and decided to ask him if he knew me, Tyler didn't say anything when i told him i thought i knew the guy (not that i allowed him to talk before walking away)

As i approached the guy i could feel Tyler staring at me but i didn't turn around and continued walking.

"Mia, what are you doing here?" Someone said, looking up i saw the guy i was going to meet. I know why he was familiar he was the guy i saw talking to in my dreams,Ryder"

"Ryder?" It sounded more like a question since i wasn't sure if that was his name.

"Thank goodness you recognize me, i thought you wouldn't recognize me" he said while grinning like an idiot. As if he was waiting for my reply, he looked at me when i didn't say a thing he pulled me into a hug. I was surprised at first but hugged him back, i pulled away when Tyler spoke

"You know each other?" He asked

"Yes, Mia and I went to the same middle school" Ryder replied.

"Who is Mia?" Tyler asked

"..." Ryder was dumbfounded

"Ryder calls me Mia" I told him.

"So Mia, how did you know Tyler?" How did he know Tyler?

As if reading my thoughts, Tyler said " we attend the same school" I mouthed an Oh.

"Tyler is my brother" I answered

"Wait... what? You have a brother? I thought you had a sister." Sister? I don't even remember anything and i don't want to remember. If i had a sister why didn't she look for me because according to Tyler, i have been living with them for a year.

"I don't know" I told him and i saw that he was confused "I can't remember anything" He then mouthed an Oh.

Finally dropping the topic, he asked me if i would be attending their school and i told him yes. He was happy, we talked about other things with Tyler and i could tell they were close. I wanted to check the time when i remembered i didn't have a watch and a phone with me. I told Ryder we would see him later, he hugged me and left. I turned to Tyler and saw he was talking to someone over the phone so i walked back to the car waiting for him.

He came shortly and sat in the car telling me mom told him to get me a new phone, i was happy.

Tyler got me a phone and put his number, mom's and Ryder's number. I turned on the Radio in the car and listened to Godzilla by Eminem.

"Do you know Ryder is our neighbor?" Tyler said breaking the silience

"I didn't know, i just got here today so there's no way i could know that"

"You're right. So did you remember Ryder?"

"No"

"But you said he looked familiar so if you didn't remember him, he won't look familiar"

"Well, i had this strange dream when i slept earlier i saw him in my dream so i assumed he knew me" I was feeling tired so i closed my eyes and slept.

Tyler woke me up later telling me we were home. I got out of the car and went inside leaving Tyler behind.

"Mom we are back" I called out when i saw her standing in the kitchen

"I see you two are getting along well"

I smiled at her and headed to my bedroom. I was checking my closet out when mom called Tyler and I downstairs for dinner.

After dinner, i went back to my room. Since i had nothing to do i was about to sleep when Tyler texted me asking me if he could come to my room. i agreed and five minutes later he came to my room.

We chatted for sometimes, i started feeling sleepy i guess the effect of my med was kicking in, Tyler must have noticed because he stood up to go but i held his hand

"Stay please" I said before i fell into darkness.
