|What Makes The School Special?|

The lecture room was filled with complete silence.

No one argued further nor did anyone have the audacity to converse with another after seeing the unspoken side of their dear friend, Lee Haesu.

One of them stood up and casually sat on the desk of her seat, observing the mood in the room as they all avoided eye contact with each other.

"So tell me, who started it?" she questioned everyone but none gave an answer.

Sihyeon being in the same room with her friends felt that it was wrong of the Director to drag her into the lecture room as well for she just happened to pass by the scene but never really got involved, unlike the rest.

Eventually, she didn't mind it though, and tried to fix whatever was going on they had.

"Again, how did you all end up here for the 54th time?"

She tried to rationally discuss with her female friends the fact that they had all been sent there for the 54th time altogether past the limit when they should already be expelled.

Luckily, their school does not have an ordinary head teacher plus their friend is the Director's daughter which is kind of the reason why they aren't punished more than just staying in a detention room.

"Am I alone here? Answer me, you guys..." the girl added.

"You're so annoying, that's how it all started." replied the second oldest girl from the group, Ji Eun. "That's not what I-" Sihyeon spoke once again but was cut off.

"I thought that you can predict things." Sihyeon paused for a moment before responding.

"Come on, I'd like to hear it from you."

"Why ruin the silence?" Yua yawned after joining the conversation.

"I am trying to do something-" and again, she was cut off.

"Won't you shut up?!" Ji Eun jokingly exclaimed as everyone laughed. "Please don't..."

Honey Lou began to feel like the whole discussion the girls had wouldn't be as good as it looks, she stopped talking as her older sister knocked over her desk and the younger female fell.

All 12 eyes were focused on the girl and 4 out of 5 of them approached Honey, she got up from the floor to confront her sister but before she could have a chance to do so, Haesu beat her to it.

"Lee-"

"Why? Are you gonna call mom again? Well, too bad. She's not here anymore!"

Haesu mentioned, having no clue about it, however, her younger sister tried not to show her confusion or anything at all.

'Am I missing something?' the girl thought to herself, "What exactly do you mean by that??"

Haesu also began to think to herself concerning the topic of their mother.

None of them understood the other as years passed by that they'd lived far from each other, and no one else could tell what was bound to happen, all except for Sihyeon.

"I can't quite follow." Honey exclaimed.

--Honey Lou's Point of View--

I may not remember anything but I am pretty sure I have all I need to survive in such a cruel world, everyone looked so confused.

While Haesu immediately attacked me mercilessly by pulling my hair as she kept on pushing me back and forth till her strength wore out.

'She's just like father.' she regained her posture and started to pull me by the hair again, this didn't last long though as the guys came right on time to stop the lecture room from turning into a warzone because of the Queen of Mischief.

'Yeah, here we go again with that nickname.'

"Did you just say that I, Lee Haesu am wrong?!"

All she did was yell other than pulling me roughly.

I was trying to distract her from hitting me again and again and Yua speedily took action as the guys held Haesu with all their might, the same goes for the other girls except for Sora, she's busy crying...

"Noona, stop it already!" squealed the young dolphin, not literally...

I meant, the young boy from the café who took Yua's place for some reason.

Surely he's one of them.

"Seawater." standing at the doorway was a much older guy than Haesu, he looked to be one of our seniors around here.

He seemed like the only one who could go against Haesu even without uttering many words, my older sister froze and looked upon the source of the voice, as everyone did so too, except for me that is...

The grip on my hair loosened and once the war ended, everyone was relieved.

I easily untangled my hair after SOMEONE, in particular, had ruined it, I left the lecture room as I recalled the stain on my blouse so that I could attend my second class now.

'How awful! And on my first day.'

I tried to speak up and tell them that I'll be heading on my way out but they took hold of me as well as Haesu who was struggling to escape from their grasp.

But to no luck, that same guy from the door earlier had lifted her a few inches from the ground.

"Is there anything you wanna say, Haesu?"

They also tightly held onto me as that firm senior-looking guy motioned my so-called sister to speak yet she didn't budge, not one bit...

Honestly, I don't want them to force her into apologizing.

It took us minutes before I decided to just let it slide, I successfully removed the tall guy's hand from me and simply opened my mouth to say something.

"Don't bother." I stated, leaving the lecture room because I was already late for the rest of my classes, I searched for my way to the classroom that I would be attending from now on and the empty halls made me a little less anxious.

The silence in the air is soothing too...

I went outside building B then walked to building A, going up to the 4th floor using the staircase, and searched for class batch 2-D.

At first, I felt disappointed with the class I was assigned but when I researched this school, I found an article saying that they don't value grades around here...

They don't expel, suspend, or compensate their students and staff here.

They tend to prioritize their dreams and improve the talents of everyone instead of focusing on high grades or experience in work, they divide the class using an unknown method yet lots of them end up being a mess as said.

Some students become a part of a class where everyone is different from one another to the point that opposite people often turn against each other.

'I can tell that these are all based on rumors since there isn't any evidence, witness, etc.'

I thought to myself, from Sora's description.

Her friends have nothing in common but they learned to respect that and became a family, it wasn't easy but it took them years to put aside their differences...'

I rephrased consciously, believing that there must be something within class batch 2-D that made me belong there.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
"This is exhausting."
I complained, having to walk from the bottom up to the 4th floor by the stairs.
Time check (8: 40 AM).
I better enter before they dismiss any second because the cafeteria is only a floor below and I wouldn't wanna risk clashing with anyone in this state of mine.
I lousily held onto the walls as I walked towards the classroom entrance, although I was very thirsty, and with the thought of the incident, I recall happening not so long ago.
Near the locker is unpleasant to imagine ever going to it again.
'I have to wait till recess.' I knocked about two times while I hastily straightened my posture to present myself in class.
I just hoped no one from the incident earlier was in the same class as I was since it would draw even more attention to me... "You may come in."
As soon as I heard the teacher respond, the door slid open and revealed everyone inside the room, then I walked in, checking everyone around before quickly greeting them all.
For a brief moment, there was just silence. 'Well, this is awkward.' I then asked if I was in the right classroom where I belonged.
"Is this class 2-D?" I glanced at the teacher, and just then, she chuckled while the other students cheered and whistles grew louder.
"Yes it is, take a seat wherever you like." the class teacher joyfully replied, the noise died down as she announced something.
"Listen up, since Ms. Lou came late to class on her first day..." once I settled down at the last second column at the back of the class.
The teacher held in her words before continuing. 'It is good news.'
Ms. Choi seemed excited to announce it so I can tell that it isn't that bad unless it only benefits her. "Let's proceed with the quiz I prepared tomorrow, instead of today." she giggled as everyone sighed in relief to hear the news.
However, it's kind of unfortunate for me since I'm always prepared for it all.
No matter what the test is, I can certainly pass it but I wouldn't wanna be called the know-it-all girl so I think it would be best to get at least a single mistake.
It wouldn't affect my father as he is nowhere near me neither does anyone know who he is.
'Or do they?'
"You are dismissed." the class teacher gathered her things and then left as another student assisted her on the way out, I checked to see if I had anything to prepare for the next class, luckily, I didn't so I dropped my head on the desk but later on, the rest of the students began to surround me.
"Where'd you come from?" one asked.
"You look new around, are you perhaps foreign?" and another, didn't bother to think if I might feel uncomfortable and just poured all their attention on me.
I immediately stood up as they talked among themselves concerning my presence, visuals, and scent. "My name is Honey Lou, I came from New York, and I am not foreign." I clearly stated making them all wonder what genes made it possible for someone to look this gorgeous.
"I like your hair, is it naturally this smooth? The color is dark brown."
"Your skin is very white, what kind of products do you use?"
"What do I have to eat to become this pretty?" the girls started to touch my hair, hands, and even face, taking a closer look at me while all the guys backed off and just let them be.
"Uhmm..."
'This is kind of overwhelming.' the attention they are giving me is a bit too much.
I wonder when they'll stop chatting about these things and mind their own business since I am starting to feel anxious.
