|Describe a friend|

"Will you cut it out with the giggling? Someone might hear us if you keep on acting like that." he leaned in closer and whispered.

But it was no use because once I started feeling ticklish, it could last for quite a while so before the situation became even worse.

I took hold of his hands and pushed them to himself then slid outside the locker where the exit was located.

"Please don't do that again."

The both of us were heading to where our feet led us.

Honestly, I don't understand why he was still there since he must have a class or something else to do other than bothering me, I guess?

'What an idiot.' I thought as I began gathering up the courage to start a conversation with him because, he might not be a weirdo, an idiot, or even a pervert...

Maybe he just wants to befriend me.

When I was about to speak, he immediately stopped in his tracks and beat me to it.

"Listen, I don't want anything from you because I'm not that kind of a person, I simply want to help you with school." and what could he possibly help me with school?

"No thanks, I'm smarter than you." we continued on our way out of the building and once again silence fell upon the atmosphere.

This was not what I had in mind in the first place, why was it so awkward??

'He just had to ruin the mood.'

He looked as if he only came up with an excuse to hang out with me which is not a bad idea but also, it wasn't smooth enough to convince me to befriend him as well.

"To tell you the truth, since you are new around here, you wouldn't know about it, there was a rumor going on about me and Jihyun dating but it is false yet I went with the flow and acted as if we were going out..." he said.

Since he has already seen the passive side of me...

I'm going to say whatever appears in my thoughts with no doubt.

I won't have mercy on him for getting me involved with all this attention.

I sighed as he resumed talking about this dating rumor which has nothing to do with me.

"Everyone must've been surprised to see me enter the school with someone else besides Jihyun..." he paused again right after he just continued which is irritating me.

"Stop pausing!" I responded angrily.

"And you should keep it down, you wouldn't want anyone to know where you are. Or would you?" I rolled my eyes at the sudden threat and ignored the consequences I might get because who cares?

Still, you know what?

The more he spoke as I attentively listened the more his voice sounded familiar as if we happened to meet back then, or probably not since I was never allowed outside.

For the next few minutes of walking side by side in pure silence, he slowly placed his hands inside his pockets after putting on his headphones for some music.

Leaving me without any word as he went up the stairs to head back to class or whatever it was that he planned on doing.

'Thank goodness!'

There is barely anyone around this floor which is a good thing for me, knowing that the rumor going on around here from ear to ear became very disturbing.

I entered the female's restroom to freshen up before I left school for the day since I didn't have any classes.

"Did you see her face? She almost sent another student to the hospital."

Here comes the gossiping as expected.

I casually stood up after calming myself down from the incident earlier then left the stall to wash my hands and before I could even leave the restroom, they mentioned the name.

"Kim Young is so unlucky having her around, he is way too sweet to be with someone like Haesu..." they continued the conversation as they uttered gibberish about my sister.

'I can never just stay silent.'

I fixed myself before putting on an annoying yet innocent face.

I dared them to repeat what I heard.

They stood there shocked to see someone else around, having no excuse whatsoever to say about all the things they've spouted about Haesu-eonni.

'I hope they get the message.'

I pretended to wonder what they were talking about as if I never heard them but the moment I opened my mouth to speak.

Both of them hastily walked out of the room right before I even uttered a single word.

"They ignored me..."

I tried not to look away from gazing at those frightening faces, I regretted having to act like this when this had nothing to do with me.

I'm not really that tough but I do know how to defend myself as well as the people I love which is technically better than doing nothing.

'They say that words could either make or break a person.'

Yet just the intimidation they must've felt coming from the School Director's daughter's sister may have been more than enough.

All I need to do now is to return to my locker and put everything back in place before leaving the area.

Hoping that not a single soul will be there when I arrive for just a couple of minutes.

It wouldn't be that hard to do this simple task now, will it?

'Why the heck am I even talking to myself?'

--Sora Young's Point of View--

Just as I arrived in front of the school, there was a massive group forming within the school corridors, and certainly, another tea that I still don't know about must have been spilled.

'I wonder who they're trying to get this time around because scandals are likely to be juicy...' seeing as it looked like a very serious topic or something like that.

I checked it out before heading to class with the others.

It seems like they're picking on someone, they mostly had trash on their hands, and to be exact, Honey Lou is in trouble again.

'This is good timing since I'm here and ready to help her...'

I actually have something in mind to do in order to assist her, this is definitely my cue.

I cleared my throat as I stepped outside the building to hide my identity from the crowd, this would do the trick since who doesn't want to meet an idol?

"Hey! There is a cute celebrity at the school gate..."

I put my hands at the sides of my mouth to make it louder and right after finishing the sentence, the group of students' footsteps could be heard.

So I immediately hid under the bush.

All the students came out running to the entrance with their footsteps making the school quake a bit.

Seeing as this was bound to happen, I had to prevent ever using my sling bag again if I surely didn't want them to find out that I was the one who tricked them.

"Darn it!"

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good spot to hide, after all, I looked around to see a friend of mine sitting down near the corner of what looked to be a secret passageway inside the school walls.

Knowing that Song had only done that to help me hide better made me shut my mouth and simply watch the people enter the school grounds again as they realized someone had played them.

I can't do anything for now but to stay here, wherever this is...

"Who would do such a thing?!" a girl shouted as she roamed around to see if anyone else seemed suspicious but luckily, they gave up and went to their corresponding classes.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I need to head to class.

I peeked through the back of the vending machine, checking if the coast was clear before I slowly stood up on my feet and walked outside the place.

'People nowadays are so insensitive.' they just keep on meddling with other people's lives when clearly they shouldn't, it is always like this.

We should definitely avoid assuming that we already know everything for sure, saying the one who's also indifferent to them.

We're like a family here who are supposed to rely on one another and have each other's back to support with no doubt.

Everyone needs a hand, someone who could lend a spare, or in some cases, a person who can vent all of their problems, worries, and memorable experiences that they just can't seem to keep on their own.

'All of us have bad days and I should know...'

Everyone needs a friend which is why I am super nosy as well, checking often if everyone is thinking positively and smiling all day long, crying when they can't handle things anymore, sharing every single thing they did the day before, and so on.

'I should give without expecting to get anything in return.'
