Yo sorry for the late release. 16 days. Damn.

I kinda lost track of time. I was focusing a bit on the other fics. Made good progress with some of them.

Btw the last 3-4 days I haven't been writing at all. Fell of my bike of all things. And in such a stupid way too. When I was 'climbing' from the street to the sidewalk the tire got stuck in between them. Lost balance, fell and fucked up my wrist a bit. Nothing was broken but the joint was.. irritated. Banged up. I guess. I even tried writing with one hand. But the pain was distracting me so I just stopped.

Anyway, I will try to focus on Code for a bit. To make up for lost time.

The Muscule.

The muscular system is responsible for the movement of the human body. Attached to the bones of the skeletal system are about 700 named muscles that make up roughly half of a person's body weight.

There are 3 types of muscle.

Cardiac, Smooth and Skeletal Muscle. Cardiac is for the heart and Smooth for the organs and Skeletal are the muscles that move the body.

The Skeletal are the ones I'm going to work on the most. They are further divided into Type 1 and Type 2 muscle fibers.

Type 1 fibers are very slow and deliberate in their contractions. They are very resistant to fatigue because they use aerobic respiration to produce energy from sugar. We find Type 1 fibers in muscles throughout the body for stamina and posture. Otherwise known as Slow-Twich muscle fibers. The Red Muscle Fibers

Type 2 fibers are Fast-Twich broken down into two subgroups: Type 2 A and Type 2 B.

Type 2 B fibers are even faster and stronger than Type 2 A, but have even less endurance. Type 2 B fibers are also much lighter in color than Type 1 and Type 2 A. This type is mostly prominent in the upper body where they give speed and strength to the arms and chest at the expense of stamina. These are the White Muscle Fibers

Type 2 A fibers are faster and stronger than Type 1 fibers but do not have as much endurance. They are especially prominent in the legs where they work to support your body throughout a long day of walking and standing. The Moderate fast-twitch or otherwise known as Pink Muscles Fibers. They are a mix of Red and White Muscle Fibers.

Now Akasame's 100% Pink Muscle from Kenichi's Mightiest Disciple is impossible for most people but not for me. I can do it but I won't. The human body needs both Red and White muscles to function. At most I can turn 35% of my muscles to Pink. So I have enough Red and White left so the body doesn't lose any power or stamina.

With Food Immersion I don't have to worry about stamina all that much but I also don't want to waste it. I can use that energy to make Quirks or Animal forms faster.

(A/N This next part is Unrealistic af but what can you do)

So besides the normal muscle changes, I will be mixing in some spider silk with some of my muscles. Specifically, Dragline silk made by Darwin's bark spider. This silk is 10 times tougher than Kevlar and can be stretched over 90 percent of its length, making it one of the toughest known biological materials in the world. Now if I mix it with my muscles it will boost my strength overall. The sick and the muscles are both made from protein.

Then and comprising the muscle fibers as well should add a great boost to my body.

The Blood Vessels need to be changed as well. I changed them once before making them more elastic and rubbery to handle Divine Demon. Now I'll do the same just doubling up the scale. Honestly, My veins in the leg might as well be made up of rubber by now.

Making the Muscles and Vains took 5 hours. My senses are still turned off but I imminently noticed the change. When I tried to lift up my leg with my arms it was A LOT heavier than what I am used to. I hope it's just as powerful as it is heavy.

Next, I did the skin. From where the stump begins. The new temporary skin I made started to change. The skin is the largest organ a human has. It accounts for 15% of your total body weight.

There is not a lot I can change about human skin except make it denser than it already is. Human skin is surprisingly as good as an animal one. The only reason the skin is so weak and fragile is because of the lifestyle that humans live.

People in poorer regions in the world are shown to have tougher and harder skin. Especially on the feet. Since they walk barefoot.

Chinese martial artists do the Iron Body training. It's basically getting hit by various objects or people daily. This needs to be done every day for a few years to show visible results. This is called conditioning. There is Partial conditioning where they do a certain body part.

Like the Iron Palm. They literally torture themselves. They hit various objects with the hand, of Wood. Stone. Iron. Red Sand and etcetera. Doing this over prolonged periods of time breaks the bones and muscles and shreds the skin. Each cycle the bones and muscles heal. Getting stronger and deformed. Same with the skin.

I don't have the time needed to invest in that sort of thing. But I can always cheat. I will make my skin denser. Then use my own bio-electricity to attack the cells in the epidermis. It will be pretty simple to do with Seimei Kikan/Life Return.

Changing the Skin took 1 hour. So with the bones muscles and skin. It took me 8 hours for one leg and a but load of my energy/stamina reserves.

I turned back the receptors in my leg to see if it was successful.

The first thing I noticed was the weight. It felt like I had weights on my legs. I tried to move the leg and it was very smooth. I expected some discomfort or for the leg to move a second late. But that didn't happen. I flexed each muscle in the leg to check. Everything worked perfectly.

Next, I did the other leg. That took 8 hours as well. When it was all done I stood up on both of my legs.

I started to laugh uncontrollably. I did some light kicks and jumping to test things out. It was a lot more powerful than I intended. When I land on the ground after a jump there is a loud *Thud* sound.

Now for the real test.

I was moving faster than ever. Easily double my previous speed. If it wasn't for my enhanced perception I would have smacked myself into a tree.

I jumped in the air higher than ever. Then I kicked the air.

And the third time I focused all my strengths and I combined both and stomped the air really hard with both legs.

*boom*

There was a small sonic boom. I appeared a100m away. Geppo + Soru. I'll need to think up a name for that. Now the last test. I land on the ground and recharge my stamina with Food Imersion. I focus my power and kick.

'Rankyaku'

A bluish-white slash leaves my leg. It was 5 meter wide and processed to cut the trees in front of me in half. (horizontal slash.)

*Shhhh* *Thud,Thud, Thud*

All I saw was 20 stumps with perfect clean cuts.

"HAHAHAHHAHA"

"I'M BACK!"

"STRONGER THAN EVER!!"

"WATCH OUT WORLD. SHINICHI KUDO IS BACK!!!"
