CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR

I flinched as the warm water poured down on me, her hands scrubbed me clean like a dirty shoe belonging to a corpse, and the smell of disinfectants was suffocating. She wiped me and clothed me in the white hospital outfit.

Due to me not been able to use my powers, my healing ability was slower than usual making me unable to use my hands. Hence, why Doctor Lee is bathing, clothing and feeding me. Which made me feel utterly useless.

And it did not help that she was the only person I could see, I was not allowed to look at myself- I couldn’t even if I wanted to as there were no reflecting surfaces around me. I was going mad just seeing her face, that I could remember every detail on her face.

Ever since our first encounter, she had been toying with me both physically and mentally. I ranked her powers as a seven or eight seeing that she could make me imagine and feel things I did not want to feel.
