The Goddess

Silver opened her eyes to the sound of an annoying tap. She hastily rolled off the bed and held a basic dagger up to the figure's throat. She moved with lighting quick speed. She spoke with a voice full of Venom. "Speak, or Die."

The figure scoffed and snapped the dagger blade with two fingers. "Daggers won't hurt me, nor could you in your current state. Silver Moon, we had a meeting, did we not?"

Silver sighed and sheathed her dagger. "Azuna, then? I am a busy woman, and you simply stating a date and time is not us agreeing. However, you're here now, and I have some free time, tell me what you are really here for."

As Silver finished speaking, Azuna had removed the items hiding her appearance, and Silver could make out her features.

Azuna's hair was white and seemingly glowed unnaturally. One of her eyes glowed ominously, but the other was a purple flickering flame. Silver realized that half of her face was fully skeletal, but it did not affect her speech. She was dressed in a black tattered robe with the hood up. Her white hair spilled out over her shoulders, and rested there, unmoving.

Azuna smiled to herself. Most people would be unable to act this way in front of a fallen goddess, and yet Silver acted so casually. Azuna sighed before she spoke. "My domain of magic is death, and necromancy. I typically reside in the Eclipse Realm, alongside vampires, and various other nasties. Recently, monsters across the realms have grown reckless, Due to Echidna's awakening. Silver, you have been marked by her. You are at the foremost of every monster's thoughts."

Silver nodded as Ezra appeared on her lap from nowhere, she began lazily petting her dragon. "I know of this already, Azuna. This information is not new."

Azuna smiled. "Ah, then let me cut the rest of that part out." She paused before speaking once again. "Vampires in the Eclipse realm have caught wind of a new Noble in the Mortal plane, as such they are seeking to meet you. I am the overlord of the Eclipse Realm, and a prime warlock patron, far less demanding than disgusting demons or hideous devils. Regardless, I will give you a token that allows you to move back and forth between the two realms." She smirked as she pointed at Silver.

As soon as Azuna smirked, a beam of light eating darkness flew out of her finger and entered Silver's body. She screamed as it felt like her insides were being torn to shreds and then burnt. It felt like an eternity, but it lasted merely a second. Silver gasped for air as the pain faded. A small red token rested in her hand, with the symbol of a darkened moon on one side.

Azuna continued speaking. "The token is bound to your soul, and cannot be lost. When you travel, a maximum of three extra people can enter with you." Azuna disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving Silver to her own devices.

Silver cursed and thought to herself. 'She didn't even warn me about the pain. Well I can't really blame her; truth be told, I was rude.' Silver decided that she would visit the Eclipse Plane when she had the time. It didn't seem too awfully important.... Silver was a busy woman, with many things to do all at once. She laid down on her bed and thought about how she could escape.

She remained there for hours until a message popped up on her interface, it was from Divine. "Hey! I'm entering the game in about an hour, make sure you're on at the same time. ;)." Silver replied with a simple "Sounds Good". Silver had remained there thinking and planning until Divine logged in and knocked on her door.

Silver opened the door and ushered Divine into the room. Ezra, the two headed dragon, was in her usual spot, curled around Silver's shoulders at the base of her neck. Silver sat down on her bed and Divine took a seat next to her in silence. Neither of them spoke, for this moment was truly awkward. After a few minutes of awkward silence, Silver spoke first. "The process of becoming a vampire is not an easy one. You could very well die or worse, ruin your account."

Divine audibly gulped and nodded. She turned towards Silver as her resolve hardened. Silver nodded and moved towards her in acknowledgement. Divine had made her choice, she was determined to become a vampire.
