Chapter 6

I ran inside and chased them down the hall. Then we all sat on the couch as I told them every detail. Bo texted me letting me know he made it home safe. The girls were all asking a million questions and kept saying "awwww". We stayed up until around two am talking and from there decided it was time to head to bed.

I cleaned my face, slipped on my boxers and tank top then grabbed my guitar. After a little bit if playing I headed to bed and as soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep.

When I woke up the next morning I looked at the clock and it said 10 am. I put my hair up in a lose bun, put my comfy hoodie on and headed downstairs. As per usual I was the first awake, so I turned on the TV and started making french toast. As I was sipping my coffee and had half a plate of french toast made the girls started coming into the livingroom one by one. First Rose then Alyx and finally Lilly.

I poured each a cup of coffee at they came in and they got their own plate of food. We had a relaxing day as couch potatoes and enjoyed every minute. Then at about 5:30 PM we started to get ready for work.

Being roommates and coworkers has it's advantages. We can always keep each other in check. After a quick shower I put my Escape the Fate tank top on, my blue jeans and my black boots. I twisted the sides of my hair up just so my hair wasn't in my face but still be down. A little bit of make up and I was ready. Grabbed my jean jacket and purse then headed across the hall to Rose's room and knocked on the door.

"Rose time's up! Let's go!" I yelled through the door.

"Okay I'm almost done. Meet you downstairs" I heard her running around.

I walked downstairs, pounded on both Alyx and Lilly's doors.

"Alyx! Lilly! Two minutes! Chop chop!"

"Alright! Almost!" Alyx yelled.

"Coming!" Lilly added.

I turned everything off, locked the windows, locked the back door, closed the blinds and waited by the door. Typical work night for us started this way.

"5....4....3....2....1!! Time's up! Let's go!" I yell.

All three girls come to the door at the same time. I opened the door and went out one by one.

"Coats, purses, cell phones, everyone has everything?" I asked.

"Yup" they said in unison. Then we walked to the club.

When we get there we go in the back door and put our stuff in our lockers. We clocked in, put on our name tags then headed out to the floor. Lilly and I went to the. As to relieve Kiki and Stan for a break. Rose and Alyx were walking around keeping the peace and helping Mario at the door. Bo was bartending and we had fun going around each other.

As the night goes on it go steady and then all of a sudden I hear my name.

"Marina!!! Marina!!!" As Hope is running toward me.

"Breathe Hope, what's wrong?" I said.

"There's a fight going on outside and it's some regulars. We need your help" she was breathing hard.

"Damn" I hop over the bar and rush outside. I see two girls going at it. I sighed, looked at Mario who held his hands up and backed up. I ripped the two girls away from each other and pushed them backwards.

"Enough!" I yelled sternly and for a second they just stared at me. One girl reaches in front of me and I grab her hand and twist her arm back. The other girl took that opportunity to lung forward but I grabbed her by the shirt and held them apart.

"Mario come here please" I moved the girl I had by the shirt toward him.

"I said enough. Now you two can either knock this off, go inside and have a good night or keep this up and you both will be banned for a week. Your choice." I said.

They looked at me in shock in how I was handling them. They decided to stop and have a good night.

"Thanks Marina" Mario said.

"No problem Mario, but next time grab one" I said smiling at him.

"I had a problem by the door" he said looking a little sad.

"It's all good, just glad I could help" I kissed him on the cheek and went inside.
