Chapter XI

(June 27th, 1996)

"We present to you! A descendant of Alice, our strongest Vampire to exist." Damien smiled as he announced the birth of the green-eyed boy.

"For his abilities, we will be able to announce it once she turned a few months old."

"I present to you, The 6th Generation Descendant of Alice, Liam Oliver Wrenn." As soon as the eldest Damien announced the welcoming of another Morgado heredity, the vampires rejoiced and started their small feast. The covens were taught to feed on animal blood, or those who decided to end their lives. In a few months or so, Damien will be able to announce the ability of the Green-eyed baby boy.

"Liam!" Clara hissed as the green-eyed guy disappeared from sight.

"Mike! Liam's done it again!" Clara exclaimed as she tried to look for her child.

"And yet his room is missing again." Michael chuckled.

"He's an infant! 4 months old, how in the world did he figured it out!" Clara asked in disbelief.

"I guess, Mist is his power." Michael said.

"I wonder what the other one is." Clara mumbled as they tried to find a way to see Liam. The vampires aside from their natural attributes such as strength, speed, and healing-Also have 2 out of 10 abilities that they attain upon birth. The process can be by the child adapting both parent's abilities or adapting one of the parent's abilities and getting one of their own.

Regeneration - Ability to heal and regenerate one's strength.

Telepathy - Ability to communicate through mind, can show a preview of past, present and future life, reads

minds.

Teleportation - Ability to travel one place to another.

Element control - Ability to control elements of the earth.

Shapeshift - Ability to morph into animals

Mist - Ability to access hard places and secure them to themselves.

Clairvoyance - Ability to mentally view a distant, or unseen subject or event.

Unusual Immortality - The ability to stop aging, Quicker healing ability, Resistance in certain things.

Telekinesis - Ability to control object

Isolation - Ability to create an invisible protection or trap.

Out of the 10 abilities, there are three abilities that are considered as rare. Which are known as Mist, Telepathy, and Immortality. Out of all the vampires to exist, Liam's bloodline happened to include the most powerful Vampire known-his grandmother Alice, who happened to attain two Rare abilities at once.

"Well, that's his power." Damien smiled as he looked at the green-eyed boy.

"It can't be possible right? He has two of the rare abilities." Clara said worried.

"I have to disagree with you, Liam here contains two rare abilities. At least 2.9 percent of the Vampire population has Telepathic ability, 2.7 percent of us has immortality, and almost 1.8 percent of the population has Mistic abilities, and this little blood sucking baby contains Mist and Immortality." The eldest Rose smiled while Liam gave her a giggle.

"He's kind of like her great, great, great, grandmother, except she was born with Mist and Telepathy." Damien, the current Primus pointed out.

"May your heart always be filled with love and purity young one." Rose said as she poked Liam's nose. As soon as she made eye contact with Liam, she froze.

"Oh my." The eldest said as she held her head.

"What happened?" Michael asked.

"I don't believe it." The eldest said.

"What do you mean?"

"Liam is the strongest Vampire to exist, stronger than his grandmother." The eldest said still in shock.

"He has three of the rare abilities Clara. Your child is the first ever vampire to-"

"That can't be right, she only has Mist and Immortality." Mike said.

"He has Telepathy Michael." The man said.

"Look into his eyes." Damien instructed, as soon as he did Michael collapsed.

"Mike!" Clara exclaimed.

"I-it's true." Michael said in shock.

"Liam has all three." the eldest smiled.

"We can't let them know he has three, or Liam will be the target of those Outsiders." Clara said. Outsiders are vampires that go for the same kind with unusual abilities. They hunt those lucky ones with unusual abilities out of jealousy, these hunters are also banned from entering the coven upon their betrayal of drinking human blood.

"No, it will be known that this baby is the descendant and the first ever Vampire to exist with the rare attributes. This has been written in the prophecy Clara, your son is the one. Our fellowmen will protect him." The eldest said.

"But you'll put his life on the line!" Michael yelled.

"Michael, There is a reason why I am the ruler and the eldest Vampire around. I need you to trust me." The eldest said.

Days later after the announcement of the most powerful descendant of the Vampires, hunters went in search for him, only to fail. Liam was sleeping peacefully in his crib when the leader of the hunters tried to abduct him, as soon as he reached his room the green-eyed baby opened his eyes and he was suddenly a new person.

"We Vampire Hunters swear on our own grave to protect the Descendant on the outside!" The leader said as he announced their sudden change of goals. Those who refused were killed then and there. As punishment for their betrayal, they were banned from entering the portal unless allowed by the eldest.

"Liam?" The green-eyed guy was cut off trance when he heard his name.

"Not no-" The raven started off coldly but was cut off when he felt a hand wrap around his torso.

"I know Pierre told me not to approach you and all, but I can't help it." Camila confessed. She didn't know what came into her, but the words slipped off her mouth.

"It's alright, you're fine. I'm here." Camila whispered gently as she hugged Liam from behind. The brunette felt Liam sigh heavily, closing her eyes as she prepared herself for whatever possible thing that may happen.

"Thank you..." Liam mumbled, to Camila's surprise the raven was calm.

"It's nothing." Camila said from behind her, before gently letting go of Liam's torso.

"Don't..." Liam whispered back, holding the back of Camila's hand while the brunette stopped. He loved the feeling of Camila's arms around her body, they just met a months ago yet it felt like years.

"I won't unless you tell me." Camila said softly as she bit her lip, inhaling Liam's scent. Liam smelled like something along the lines of Calvin Klein’s red, it was very comforting.

"You're comfy." Camila said out of the blue after a good minute of silence, earning a small chuckle from Liam.

"You are such a goofball." Liam smiled before facing Camila.

"I try to be. See? It worked, you're smiling now." Camila smiled.

"Don't lose that smile, I love it." The brunette added before gently pinching Liam's cheek.

"Well, I'm going to the bathroom." Camila chuckled as she pulled away from the raven.

"Need company?" Liam asked, while Camila nodded.

"Then let's go." Liam smiled. The two started walking to the bathroom, passing by the theater door and going down the empty hallway.

"It's so weird not seeing people here." Camila said.

"There are actually people here, how are you not seeing them?" Liam joked.

"Liam!" Camila exclaimed, walking closer to the older one.

"I'm kidding." Liam chuckled.

"Or am I?" With that being said, Liam was left at the hallway while the brunette hurriedly ran to the opposite direction.

"Dork." Liam laughed and to his surprise Camila was quick.

"Camz!" Liam exclaimed as he chased after the brunette, grabbing her arm.

"No! If you want to see ghosts go ahead!" Camila exclaimed closing her eyes.

"I was kidding, never again." Liam chuckled as he looked at the brunette.

"I don't wanna pee anymore." Camila mumbled.

"Camz." Liam said.

"What?"

"Harry's here."

"So?" Camila asked, with her eyes still closed.

"You don't believe me?" Liam chuckled.

"Isn't it obvious?" The brown eyed girl said.

"Hey!" Harry's voice boomed from the other side of the hallway.

"Told ya." Liam chuckled.

"What's up?" The raven asked as he looked at Harry who was looking at him.

"I need your help Liam." Harry asked.

"For what?"

"Jerry bailed on me, and I need someone to sing with. Tori, said you could help me." Harry pleaded.

"Why me? Camz can sing!" Liam said.

"Me? No I don't. I can't sing now. My voice cracks, see?" Camila said as she pretended to sound much raspier.

"Please? I will do anything!" Harry pleaded.

"Anything?" Liam grinned.

"Anything." Harry said, while Camila nodded excitedly.

"Fine." Liam said as he looked at Camila who was smiling widely.
