Honestly, it's not that bad. It's very readable and doesn't require much thinking. There isn't much of a plot apart from canon so far, so if you're not into that, then don't read. He couldn't be reincarnated as a devil and has no obvious bias against someone he just met (aka no trashing of Rias or Issei). From what I could infer, the (main) love interest is probably Sona plus her peerage as his harem. The powers could be better explained, however. Someone who doesn't know Naruto or DxD wouldn't know a single thing about this fanfic. Of course, if they're reading this, they probably already know, but you never know. For example, I only knew about bleach because I read the bleach fanfic.

It is a very good fanfic, I hope you do not abandon it even if to emphasize something bad is that it is not very clear what powers Obito has since in the first chapter he has the kamui but it was not clear to me if it is the EM or the normal M
