Powerful Aura
Minutes Prior the announcement,
"Alex catch this guy!" Quinn shouted before he threw the melon man at Alex
Alex jumped upwards putting his palms at the guy's face and ignited his flames pushing him backwards but instead of falling to his back he released his flame allowing him to spin his body.
Alex jumped twice backwards to reduce the falls impact and release another blow of flame to the monster and Owen took over to make a wall at their backs.
"Was that all?" Owen asked after waiting for a few minutes
"Most likely, well that is one hell of a joint training!" Quinn said looking pretty exhausted
Quinn heard footsteps from afar which put his defenses up. Owen catch up with what is Quinn doing and quickly put on a fighting stance.
"What the fuck are you doing??" Alex asked
"Quinn sensed someone." Owen said "Let's switch, your better equipped in this kind of thing." Owen said as he lets Alex go out
"Blind lights!!"
Alex was supposed to activate his skill but an angel appeared and a lady from afar gets pulled towards them. Quinn jumps high enough to catch the lady in a bridal way, the lady's eyes widen seeing that the guy she's been staring at catch her.
"As the one who managed to deal the last hit, you shall be rewarded with the skill to release a menacing aura that can scare a 1000 people off." The angel that just dropped said
"Huh?"
"Huh?"
"HAAA?!?!"
Quinn seemed to have a different reaction cause he just went out to clear the whole thing and a guy he just met yesterday just got the prize he wanted.
"That skill doesn't even fit you!!" Quinn said angrily
"You jealous bro?" Owen asked knowing that Quinn wont hear him
Quinn dropped the lady to the ground making her angry.
"What's wrong with you!!" Lyrica said
"You've been watching us for the last hour so you probably know the reason why I dropped you." Quinn said
"I was fool to think that you're an amazingly handsome person! Besides I was here to get Alex and the other one into the Altair humanities..." Lyrica cut herself off knowing that she just accidentally spilled the beans
"I guess your not a professional spy after all." Quinn said with a smirk on his face
"Grrr…" Lyrica growls as she slid down her legs attempting to tripped Quinn down but Quinn has some inhumane senses that not even S ranks can match
Quinn pulled her upwards using with her left arm.
"I'm Quinn by the way." Quinn said with perverted thoughts hidden in his smile
'I thought Vorden said he has a girlfriend?' Alex thought
"Wait why what happening??!" Owen asked
"A lady who came from the company that made you seems to have a liking to our friend Quinn." Alex said
"oohh, Is she a beauty?" Owen asked
"Cant really say." Alex said as he stretches his arms upward
"Its time to test my new ability then..."
Alex took a deep breath and opened his eyes waiting for something to happened but everything is still the same.
"Nani the fuck?!?! Hey Owen lets switch..."
The two switch and Owen quickly tries to release the reward aura but he also cant just like Alex.
'What's wrong with this skill.'
"You having a problem??" Quinn asked
"Well, we couldn't unleash the mana the way the tutorials from the academy said." Owen replied
"How the hell did you get memories from the academy if you just started coming out 2 days ago." Quinn asked
"Well, mine are modified versions of Alex's memory and the tutorial was something I heard in Alex's thoughts so I was able to do it without asking." Owen said
"You guys don't know how to let out your Aura?" Lyrica asked
"You still haven't introduced yourself so don't talk to us." Quinn said
'You literary picked me up like I was your property a while ago.' Lyrica thought
"Lyrica from the Altair humanities." She said
"Let Alex out and let out a tinsy bit of your skill and let out a huge sigh." Quinn said which Owen followed
Alex did what Owen just said and turns out it works. His aura froze both Lyrica and Quinn considering that their ranks are much higher.
"This is amazing, Owen try it out."
The two switched again and Owen did the same thing Alex did.
Owen managed to imitate the same aura that Alex. The three were amazed and it even made Lyrica speechless due to the powerful aura Alex and Owen has.
'Oh no, he's just gotten more powerful.' Lyrica thought
"Lets race, last to get out would treat us some food." Quinn said

"GO!!! Including you Lyrica!" Quinn said as he uses his blood as a spring to bounce off
Owen uses his trick to make his eyes explosive and every split second they switch Alex releases his flames pushing them further than Quinn but Alex's blood can act like almost anything, Quinn managed to pull Alex beside him using his tentacle looking blood.
"That's cheating!" Alex said
"Not for me!" Quinn uses airborne and made his blood a stepping stone that bounces him 10 meters off the ground as he hops through it
Owen took over and started sliding through the building using his ice. and even elevates it high enough so that he can block Quinn's movement.
From behind is Lyrica who is just hopping through the buildings almost 15 meters away from the two.
"Wait up!" She shouted
"No can do!" Quinn replied
"Fucking hell! Why am I even on this situation." Lyrica muttered to herself as she continued hopping through roofs
The race keeps going for 2 minutes now and Alex just unleashed his trump guard which is his aura. Lyrica and Quinn almost fell off but Alex hid his aura back making the two save theirselves.
Quinn pulled Lyrica closer to him and starts dashing forward closer to the gate.
The race has concluded the Alex won.
