Cabby gives advice
Up in the towers of the Altair company,
"Hi! It seems that I Lyrica is busy so leave your message after the beep." The voice from the phone said
"You were suppose to meet me here bitch, where the fuck are you?" Alexander then exits the call and threw the phone to the wall
"You alright sir?" A man asked as he entered the room
"Just don't disturb me right now Wilbur!"
"Alright."
Wilbur is about to leave but Alexander stopped him by shouting wait.
"I thought you want me out sir?" Wilbur asked
"Well, there is something I need you to do for me." Alexander said
"Please tell me what it is."
"Look for Lyrica and if you find her tell me where."
Back to Quinn's castle Quinn is almost done expecting everything except for the Viking's helmet that his guild members found lying on the ground.
"Tell me how's the condition of the place you found this from?" Quinn asked
"The room stinks, and tons of died blood probably 10 years already and that helmet was placed facing the corner." a guild member said
"Not that weird but did something open or anything when you picked it up?" Quinn asked
"No nothing of sorts."
"Send me cords, I'll check something out." Quinn said then left the room
"I think this is the longest ever inspecting that has happened to the guild." Amyrtha said
"I think so too My Lady." Vorden said
Quinn's phones beeped and then forwarded it Alex's number. He then left the castle even though he doesn't feel good.
'Those two better not be late this time.'
Back in Matsumoto's house,
"So you took over today." Danica said
"I did say that Owen can hit on you but that doesn't mean he can say the cringiest line from the movies." Alex said
"I didn't expect you to have such humor." Danica said
"I'm home guys!" Matsumoto greeted
"Do I tell him about the thing about you and Owen?" Alex whispered
"Huh? What thing?" Danica said
"What you guys did yesterday is totally considered as a date which means you two are a thing." Alex whispered
"A date only happens if both sides like each other." Danica said and went to hug his father Matsumoto
"Food is on the fridge just heat it up again." Danica said and head to her room
"I think you offended her." Owen said
"Nah she offended you." Alex said
"You saying something?" Matsumoto asked
"Uh no I'm talking to Owen." Alex replied
"Oh, have you eaten yet?" Matsumoto asked
"I actually am just about to." Alex said then his phone beeped
Alex looked at his phone and saw Quinn's message and it even quoted not to be late.
"Talk about wrong timing... Sorry Matsumoto sir but there is an impatient vampire asking for my help." Alex said as he rush to the door
"Oh before you open the door!"
Before Matsumoto has even finished talking, Alex has opened the door and there he was greeted by 50+ reporters from different news outlets. Alex looks everywhere but he doesn't seem to have any quick routes.
'I guess we will be shouted again by our vampiric friend.'
"Are you Alex Pine?" a reporter ask
"Idiot of course he is." someone from behind shouted
An Albanian looking dude pushed his way closer to be in front of Alex. He grabbed his business card from his pockets and raised his hands to do shake Alex's hands but Alex just stood in front of him.
"Ah eh, My name is Stiles Morningstar, I came here on behalf of the HUNTER NEWSPAPERS. May I talk to you in private sir?" Stiles said
"oooh a big guy lets talk to him." Owen said
"No." Alex said on straight face and tries to get out of the wall of reporters but Stiles just followed him
"Seriously sir just five no three minutes!" Niles pleaded
"Are you reporters always that annoying?" Alex said which stopped almost every reporter from following him
Alex just kept walking but the reporters just keeps walking from behind him.
"Dude, lets just give the answer to their questions." Owen said
"They'll be spoiled by it." Alex said on a low voice
"Wait are you talking to me sir?" Stiles asked
"Definitely not! Can you people just fuck off especially you!" Alex said pointing at Stiles
"Its not like me or any of this reporters did anything wrong to you." Stiles said as he lost his cool
"Really?!?! You reporters did nothing wrong?"
"I think Alex they really did nothing wrong." Owen said
"Reporters.... Yah it is reporters like you who gave me the name the prodigal skill user who murdered his own mother!" Alex shouted igniting his arms with his flame which scared of most of the reporters except Stiles who just stood there.
"Did that really happen?" Stiles asked
Even Owen was put quiet as he heard it cause even though he have quite a bit of Alex's memories most of those are still modified to be in favor of him.
Alex just walked off with the sleeves of his clothes burned off.
Alex called a cab and the drivers just looked at his clothes thinking he's some delinquent.
"Need a ride sir?" A drive from behind asked
"Yea."
5 minutes through the ride the driver felt the need to speak to Alex thinking that he might be having some mental crisis right now.
"Having a bad day I guess?" the driver said
"Probably next to worse." Alex replied
"Kids these days really suffer the worst when it comes to mental stuff." the driver said
Alex just ignored it.
"Tell me what kind of problem you're having, who knows I might be able to help you." The driver said
"Really, can you tell me what to do with leech like people who always overlook the bad things they do to you when you have something that might help them rise up." Alex said
"That's tough.. I haven't been on such situation but all I can tell you is those people will help you grow, grow as a stronger one."
