Jason's POV:
Someone tapped me and I looked up to see that the doctors were coming towards us and I stood up immediately and gave Maddie to ma'am cause she was still sleeping
"Miss Parker...who is related to her by blood"the doctor asked and the all turned to look at me
"That would be me doc"
"Ok I have good news and bad news which one would you like to know first"
"I think the good news "
"The good news is the operation was successful and she is out of danger"I felt relieved for that but it was short lived
"The bad news is she was hurt seriously...she had a few broken ribs and she lost a lot of blood which made her slip into coma and we don't really know when she would be out and we have found something in her but we aren't sure yet"
I was furious hearing what that sick bastard did to my sister
"The wound on her thighs is going to heal after a month cause the bullet went right through her so all we need is your co operation and your prayers"
"Thanks doc we appreciate it But can I see her"
The doctor nodded and I went towards her room and when I saw her attached to all the machines it made my heart cringe and I made a promise to her to get the person that did that to her
Zander's POV:
What happened was so shocking,annoying and heart breaking I didn't even know the emotion to use I was so speechless during the ride to the hospital
The image of my princess on the floor with blood oozing out everywhere was so hurting I know I don't really have the right to call her that but she will always be my princess she doesn't just understand yet
We allowed Jason go in first to see her cause he really needed the reassurance and I sat beside the older lady which I still don't know who she is
"Hey ma"
"Hi child"
"Sorry about asking but are you like their aunty or something"she rolled her eyes at me
"You must be the Zander I have heard about and you don't really want to hear all the hurtful things you did to Alice....to answer you question am their godmother"
"Oh"I became silent and few minutes later Jason walked out and motioned for me to go in...when I stepped into her room it was like I was stabbed in the heart and it hurt so much to see Alice with an oxygen mask keeping her alive
I moved towards her and held her hands which were a little bit cold
"Hey princess I know that you don't really want me here am so sorry....I wish I was there to save you princess but I couldn't do that I failed"I bent my head and started crying
"You won't understand the reason I left you it was for your own good am so sorry I had no other choice than to leave you princess....I hope you forgive me some day...just know that I love you and would always do no matter the circumstances my heart belongs to you and only you...good bye Alice"
It broke me the more but it was the right decision to do I don't want to risk her life again with that in thought I walked out of her room and out of her life
4 months later:
Alice's POV:
I think I regained consciousness along the line but when I wasn't out of the coma I could hear but I couldn't do anything which sounds crazy I know
All I could hear were the constant prayers given by ma,Maddie telling me how she misses me,daisy's constant complains about our teacher with his shit
I heard Jason too most of the time but the voice I was really longing to hear wasn't there I guess he doesn't really care about me like he said
I heard my door open and I felt a warm presence beside me but the person didn't speak just touched my face and left and I recognized it to be Zander's but I couldn't reach out to him
I heard that mr Charles is finally in jail for attempted murder and other shit like that am so happy that finally Mum and dad got justice but I really wanted waking up soon
Fast forward to three weeks later I was determined to wake up when Jason came to see me telling me about a new girl he met at work and he thinks he really likes her
"I guess the bad boy wants to settle huh"I said my voice a little bit husky and Jason's eyes widened that I finally woke up and he smiled widely and he gave me a cup of water that was beside him
"Omg Ali I can't believe it...I have missed you so much you know...firstly let me get the doctors"
He walked out and after a few seconds he was back with a doctor
"Hey miss parker am your doctor and how are you feeling"
"I'm good I guess"I smiled weakly at them
He checked a few things before coming back to Jason
"She's in pretty good shape,her broken ribs are healed but she still needs to avoid stress and the wound on her thigh is healed but there's a big scar there...she would start her physical therapy by tomorrow which would help her a lot"
"Thanks doc"
"She also needs to be under supervision so she would have to spend a few days here before she is discharged"
"That's fine and thank you once again I really appreciate"
We talked about everything technically it was Jason doing all the talking and I was contributing
Daisy,Xander,Cole,Maddie,Ma'am and Blake came to see me which i felt really happy about at least I have people that really care about me
I asked if Zander came and they went silent and I got my answer from that
The last few weeks went by pretty well I was happy
I left the hospital and I was able to go back to school
I learnt that Zander got transferred to another school and I felt a pain in my heart but I ignored it and continued on
My circle of friends really got closer and guess what Xander and daisy are actually dating,Blake is gay kind of and Cole was cheated on by his girlfriend so it has been hard on him for the past few weeks
School was going great and everything was going great but I still felt empty and I knew who was missing in it
Few more weeks and I will be out of this hell and out of this place
Don't get me wrong I grew up here,had fun here but I still really need to escape from this place because bad memories were also created here and I really need to heal completely
My nightmares come once in a while which is kind of ok but it isn't about my parents this time it's about Zander
We shopped for our dresses and went to get our hairs and nails done for the big day which was tomorrow
"I can't believe we are graduating tomorrow Ali"
"Yea I can't believe it too"
"So where are you going for college"
"I haven't really gotten back any replies from the school I applied for but it's fine...I guess I'll tell you when I get"
"Oh I have gotten mine I decided that I want to study radiography in California....they have the best education there for that field and I'm so happy I got accepted in my dream school"
"Congratulations bitch...I'm so happy for you have you told Xander about it"
"Yea I did and he was fine with it turns out he also got accepted"
"Awwwn and that my friend is a couple goal"
She blushed we spent the remaining day eating,watching movie and chatting
Daisy decided to sleep over because she was to get ready at my house so there was no need for her to get back home
We had fun through out the night,cried about a movie and so on then we both drifted off to sleep
