“I met and agreed to marry Armand within three days. It took Ian a month, but he is a lot leerier of people than I am.” Sean laughed.
“I dropped into Marc’s arms like a ripe fruit shortly after I met him. All of us were rescued from some kind of trouble when we met our husbands. Sean was running for his life. Ian was trying to outwit a mobster because his late brother gambled and when Billy died, the mobster wanted to collect from Ian. I wasn’t in immediate danger, but I lived in a miserable neighborhood and when Marc took me home one night, we found out I’d been robbed. After that, I was moved very quickly over to Gramacy Park.” Colin laughed. “I was resistant to the idea. These two had to come over and convince me to let Marc in.”
“Gabriel is more than fond of you. Armand said so. How do you feel about him?” Sean asked innocently.
“I’ve only known him for two days, but I think he’s one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met, and very smart.”
