Having never seen a Gypth before, the passengers were eager to view the crew up close. Much like the animals they hunted, Gypths were well adapted to the colder climates, their bodies covered almost entirely with coarse, thick hair. Black eyes peered from between hair that obscured their faces. Their  furry clothes made the distinction between cloth and skin almost imperceptible.


The Gypthian tongue was harsh, the accents thick. None of the crew knew Pharrisan speech except the captain, and he knew only what he needed for business. During conversation, Ikpikpuktok would often revert to his native tongue without thinking, confusing his guests.
