“You’re both in agreement, then,” Zander said.

Caiden looked at Theirn and they nodded in unison. “For doing this so quickly, I think we’ve found a winner,” Caiden said.

“All right. I’ll get on it, pull a few strings, and hopefully it will be yours by the end of the week. On paper, it will look as if you’ve been in negotiations for a while and closed on Thursday. In reality, we’ll buy it outright.”

“Those must be some connections,” Theirn murmured.

Zander smiled. “Let’s just say I know a couple of High Elves who can get things done quickly, with the realtor being none the wiser that he or she was coerced into something.”

“Hopefully, by the time the two of you leave for Denver I’ll have a name or two for you, Caiden,” Rian told him.

“Thank you.”

“Is there anything else we need to discuss?” Zander asked.

“Not that I can think of,” Caiden replied.

“Then let’s call it a day.”
