Dean Montgomery loves his ranch and his family, but something is missing. Rescued

“I can show you around maybe if the snow doesn’t start again. I’ll show you how to use our plow so we can get the drive cleaned. When Uncle Colt gets home, it’s one less thing he has to worry about.” Coop walked on, oblivious to Dean’s awe.


“Sounds good. We will let Dog do his business, go back inside, and eat something. Then we’ll take a look and see what the weather is bringing us today.”


Colt had been gone for about two hours. Dean figured they should get an update in an hour or two. He hoped Colt made it to the first ping and found one of the teens. Since his own rescue, he didn’t get a chance to look around much and admire the beauty of the landscape. He saw the house and loved its rustic appeal, but now he got to see the beautiful landscape, even beneath three feet of snow.
