Chapter 60

As Morgan lay there contemplating his upcoming visit with the old shaman, his apprehension grew. He wished he didn’t have to go alone. If only his uncle hadn’t told him he should go by himself, he’d have James go with him.

Then a thought struck him. Why shouldn’t James go, too? He and James were in this together. Hadn’t the grey wolf and white wolf appeared to both of them, to Morgan on the beach, to James behind the bar, guiding them back to each other? The more he thought about it, the more convinced he was that James should go with him. As soon as he made that decision, a feeling of peace stole over him. He snuggled against James and fell back to sleep.
