He wanted to show Jordan one more spot before heading back to check on the café and get ready for the open mic. His heart was pounding. He could not believe Jordan-freaking-Milborne was going to play at his open mic. He wouldn’t let his friends know who Jordan was, since it seemed Jordan needed this time away from his touring life to maybe decide if touring was something he wanted to do anymore. He was hoping Jordan would stay a while, but realized if it was in his heart to go back out and play, that’s what he should do. He just needed to tell his mushy heart that they would stay in contact when he left town.
