“Good bye Christian.” Sam ended his call as Trevor made his way in, walking to the bed and climbing on it with Sam. He grabbed him in a bear hug and let Sam cry his eyes out. Trevor wanted to yell at Christian and hate him for hurting Sam, but he couldn’t. They were all going through so much. Christian tried, and that was more than Trevor ever thought he would do. Christian was hurting just as much as Sam.


“It’s okay, Sam,” Trevor whispered over and over. God, it was breaking his own heart again to see hisbest friend this distraught. Sam was a fighter, a prima donna fighter, but a fighter none the less. He got his hopes up when Christian was so attentive to him, he thought it possible for Christian to say fuck it and come out, but clearly, he wasn’t ready.


“It’s not, I knew I wasn’t good enough for Christian,” Sam whispered back. Trevor rocked Sam, telling him how special and amazing he was until Sam finally fell asleep.
