Jack eyed him. “This is what you wanted—”

“Yes,” Mason smiled. He did, he told himself. He wanted to talk and chat and be normal. He just didn’t want to talk about anything that could get the conversation back to money or assets. “I play tennis.”

“Uh, good? That’s…cool.”

Jack looked back at the television, and Mason felt a wash of embarrassment flood his insides from chest to cock. “I’m sorry. I’m kind of boring.”

“I doubt it,” Jack shrugged. Sudden inspiration changed his features almost comically. “What would you bedoing if you could do anything at all?”

“At this moment?”

“In general.”
