Private detective Ronan Bayne is a former cop who now runs his own agency specializing in all things paranormal. After several women have gone missing, Ronan gets called in by the police chief.<br><br> Dustin McPherson is a psychic who’s worked with the police in the past. After having a vision of one of the missing women, he meets Ronan. Together, they must solve a case more complicated than either of them expected.

“You stab it through the heart. Which isn’t as easy as it sounds. They are strong and dangerous. They have razor-sharp claws and teeth,” Ronan tells Dustin, while he starts packing up his things.


“Have you ever seen one before?” Dustin questions as he grabs clothes to take to the bathroom with him.


“No, I’ve only read about them, and no one in the agency has faced one that I know of; they’re pretty rare. I’ll get Harry to ask Alice, Lisa, Rick, and Alan what they know about them. Get dressed, and pack your things—we’ll start heading to Nevada straight from the next crime scene,” Ronan suggests.


“I’ll be quick.” Dustin goes into the bathroom, brushes his teeth and has a quick wash. He packs up his things in the bathroom, and then gets changed as fast as he can. He feels like they are finally making progress.
