“You’re not a freak.” Chogan can’t believe Jayden thinks that, but then, maybe he can. He thinks that about himself, and he’s not honest about it like Jayden.
Chogan walks forward and puts his hand on Jayden’s jaw, encouraging him to look up, knowing he couldn’t actually make Jayden do anything if Jayden really didn’t want too. Hell, if his grip pissed Jayden off, he could tear Chogan’s arm off. Instead, Jayden looks up and meets Chogan’s eyes. He looks sad.
“You’re not,” Chogan says.
He wants Jayden to believe him. He wants to show Jayden that he’s just as special, just as perfect as Elijah. Kissing him seems like a good idea. But almost right away, he knows it’s maybe not. Because a kiss that’s meant to be quick and sweet turns to something else right away. From the moment their lips touch, the kiss turns deep and hungry.
Chogan slides his arms around Jayden’s waist and pulls him closer just as they hear a knock on the door.
