“Do you want something cold to drink?” Mark nodded and Reggie walked over to the fridge pulled out two Cokes, handing one to Mark.


“What are we going to do about Wednesday if I can’t drive?”


“I’ll hire a car service. It isn’t as if I don’t need to see Greg too. If you weren’t here, that’s what I’d have to do anyway. It’s not that expensive and besides, I forgot to tell you. I sold an interest I had in two tech companies that went public. Our net worth has increased significantly.” Reggie smiled.


Mark’s face clouded then cleared after he shook his head. “What is significant?”


“I made two million dollars from a hundred-thousand-dollar investment. I was quite happy with the return.” Reggie clenched his hands hoping Mark wasn’t angry.


“You should open your own investment business if you can make that kind of money so quickly. Your abilities are wasted at a pharmaceutical company.”
