However, Troy grows concerned when Beck starts getting sick to his stomach in the mornings, and what’s with the sudden craving for fish, the smellier the better? As Troy cleared up after dinner, insisting Beck stay seated at the table—after all, Beck had done the cooking—Troy explained what he’d discovered about the other three sotans.


Terry had an ability to pick up on thoughts and emotions, with special emphasis on if someone was telling the truth or not. It only seemed to work at close range however. Troy had tested Terry’s skills by imagining himself being turned on by a naked Katerina cracking a whip. When Terry almost doubled over with laughter, Troy knew he’d received the message and Troy was lying through his teeth about being aroused.
