In a Bad Romance with a Bad Guy

It was a bit of a relief to Ercilia that Iorwerth was not one to disregard her thoughts.

He asked for her opinions, at the very least. Nonetheless, dealing with anything that had to do with feelings and emotions was something she found herself to not be skillful at. That's why she decided to handle it with the usual honesty that she has.

"Mr. Isis."

Ercilia smiled a small smile, reaching her hand out to touch his cheek in mock comfort. She then cast down her gaze and took a deep breath before she looked back at Iorwerth.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Isis. I really just think of you as my client - nothing more…" she said, putting her hand down on her lap.

"You have been nice to me for the previous weeks, but I don't think our relationship can go any further than that. Besides, there are many other women who are chasing after you. I'm sure you'll find that lucky lady someday."

Iorwerth has fallen silent, clearly disappointed. Ercilia could only give him an apologetic look.

"I'm really sorry, Mr. Isis…" she told him one more time.

"Still, I'm happy that you told me. Thank you for being honest, Sir. I promise we can still stay the way we used to be after this."

He continues staring at Ercilia before looking down. Then, with a smile, Iorwerth let out a chuckle – and it was somewhat dark. Ominous.

He sighs as he looks up at her again.

"Oh, my lady," he cooed.

Suddenly, he leaned closer to her and grabbed her face by the cheeks. She felt another shiver go down her spine as he coldly regarded her with dark, hooded eyes.

"You weren't really supposed to decline, Ercilia."

"H-Huh?"

Before Ercilia could even react, he already went ahead and slammed his lips onto hers. It was rough. Painful. Iorwerth gripped her face tightly so that she wouldn't be able to pull away.

"Mmgh!?"

Taking advantage of her confusion, he bit her bottom lip, which then caused her to flinch and squeak. This gave him enough time to insert his tongue inside her mouth. Unfamiliar to such an utterly sickening feeling, her eyes twitched and her hands flailed about. But then, he had pushed her down the bed, trapping her between his legs to straddle her.

Ercilia placed her hands on his chest in an attempt to push him off but to no avail. To her horror, Iorwerth was much stronger than he let on – or perhaps, she was just too scared and shaken by this turn of events.

'This is bad. Bad, bad, bad, bad.'

This should not have happened. She was supposed to be prepared.

Soon, Ercilia found herself with no choice but to comply with the kiss. Otherwise, she'd end up spending all her energy in resisting. However, when she began to feel the lack of air, she had to thump her hands on his chest, hoping for him to get the message.

Fortunately, Iorwerth did. He pulled away at last, a string of saliva hanging in between their tongues as he did so. He pants as he looks down at her. She is panting as much as he is - her lips plump, shiny and swollen. The sight made him blush.

"Beautiful. You're so beautiful, Ercilia."

When she regained her breath, she opened up her eyes. She then tried to sit up but he kept her in place.

"M-Mr. Isis! W-What do you think you're doing-"

Ercilia could not finish her sentence – not when she found herself shaking uncontrollably. She is petrified. So petrified. Iorwerth only chuckled again and gave her an apologetic smile.

Then, he places his hand on the side of her head and hovers above her.

"I guess the selfishness in me just can't handle it. I just love you so much, my lady..." he whispered in her ear, his half-lidded, glinting eyes seemingly glowing in the shadows.

"And I hate it when things don't go my way."
