Majoring In Heartbreaking Decision-Making

"I'll kill you if you haven't killed yourself yet." Samuel read out loud, as informally as Nancy would've read it. "But you have already killed me." He said to himself, smiled, and closed the diary.

Her venting remained the same as ever. The only thing that had changed was the fact that he was no longer around to listen to it which is why she had to resort to writing it down in diaries. To think she assumed that he had killed himself already was hilarious to Samuel because now that it was actually happening, it was hard to digest for both of them.

For Nancy to let him go and for Samuel to let go. It was hard.

This wasn't going to cut it. He put the diary down and walked out of the room. The last few hours of his life were going to be spent packing the clothes he might never use. Unacceptable. He'd rather be selfish once again and spend this little time with Nancy as well.
