"What do you want?"he asked. Given her tone, she was threatening him by telling him she knew who he was.

His father would definitely punish him while he would have to go to jail too for stealing from various research centres.

Ming Lei knew he had alot to lose that was why he didn't attempt to fight the woman and run away.

She was at advantage. He didn't know his enemy well while she knew him.

"I will contact you concerning that, we will work together as long as you don't do anything funny," Yue Ling said.

She knew they had an agreement for now till as long as he hadn't found a way to get rid of her.

"We do," he replied while scratching the back of his neck.

"Now let go of me, please," he said as he looked at his wrist that had started hurting from the force applied on it.

Yue Ling let go and told him to leave first so he didn't see her leave in the car nearby.

As she saw him leave, she vowed to herself to find out his reason for doing what he was doing. He definitely didn't need the money.
