Chapter 26

"How did it continue on from there? I don't think he would agree to marry you after meeting a person who he met during his childhood." Krillin asked.

"That's what even I thought till then but, decided to first ask and then either regret or feel grateful for asking. I asked him if he would marry me and he agreed." Bulma said.

"Eh! Is he a fool? Even I wouldn't trust some stranger if they come to me and say they were my childhood friends. How did he even agree to marry you?" Krillin asked.

Bulma shouts at Krillin and says "Well, that's what you call TRUST. He trusted me and agreed. That's why even though I was meeting him after 14 years, I didn't think he changed during this time and asked him to marry me. How will a monk who was single his whole life understand about a young woman's heart."

"Who was single his whole life? I dated girls too,girl to be exact." Krillin said.

Bulma ignored Krillin and said to Gohan "Listen Gohan, I am telling you this because I don't want you to be Influenced by his story. Never try to be like him."

Gohan wanted to ask Bulma the reason but felt it would be better not to do so. He asked Krillin about it "Krillin, why is she talking about Kaito like he is some bad guy?"

"That's because he even went and married Bulma's mom, Panchy." Krillin said.

Bulma shouts at Krillin "What are you saying to kids. You are going to spoil him and his mother isn't going to forgive you."

The conversation went on for a while and then both Krillin and Gohan decided to do image training.

Back to Kaito, he was still struggling to control the two energies and make them co-operate with each other.

Then Kaito got an idea. "The yin and yang of the Chinese novels spin right? Does that mean I have to make them spin? Let's try that." he said.

He started to make both the ki rotate. They spun together for a minute and the same thing happened again, an explosion with blood and pain.

But Kaito had a smile on his face. He said "That's some progress right there. They didn't react with each other for a moment there. It really is working."

Then Kaito tried the method repeatedly by making both the ki circulate. They would spin and blast.

Kaito kept spinning them without stopping even if there was an explosion.

After repeated trials, he finally managed to spin both the energies and not cause an explosion.

Kaito had a pained expression. He said "I have to completely concentrate on them to keep them stable. This will be useless in battle. I think I already spent a lot of time here. I should return but, returning now will only not be useful. I should control this power and then leave."

He stayed in his lotus form continued meditating. He was actually trying to perfect his control over both the energies.

Time passes and Kaito had an aura around him. The aura was like a flame. The inside was blue with no signs of movement, similar to the inner part of the flame. Around the blue aura was a black aura with red outside. The red-black aura was wavering like the outer part of the flame.

Kaito opened his eyes and the aura around him disappeared. He walked towards the entryway of the hyperbolic time chamber. He found the dragon balls held in place with the barrier. It wasn't in dome shape and was only tall enough to block the dragon balls from flying off.

He then stepped on a stone near his leg. "There shouldn't be stones or pebbles here." Kaito said and looked around.

The entryway was completely destroyed and only tiny pebbles remained. Kaito's blast turned the place into tiny stones, more power would have turned it into dust.

Kaito didn't worry about leaving the space as he could make portals and get out easily. "This actually works in my favour. Now, this space is completely mine."

"I have to return to earth right away. I spent 10 years trying to control my energies. That's two years outside. I don't know what is going to happen if I return now." Kaito said.

"Now to wish for the final wish and return the dragon balls to their previous coordinates. I don't want to mess up the timeline even more than now." Kaito said and summoned Super Shenron.

He appeared and Kaito made his last wish "I want you to fuse both my body and soul while retaining all the properties of my body. That means I should be able to do all the things I am able to do now with my body."

The wish was granted and he stooped the dragon balls from scattering again.

"I will return now and come back here again later to return them. I have to leave for earth now." Kaito said and opened a portal to earth.

The portal opened to a forest. He confirmed that it was earth as he had been to this forest while travelling.

"Now, where should I look for Bulma?" Kaito said and went to his house.

He looked at every room but, couldn't find anyone. He went out and found Panchy watering the plants.

"You are still watering the plants. I thought I told you to use drip system or make the robots water them." Kaito said to her.

She turned and looked at Kaito. She dropped the watering can and ran to hug him. They kissed for a while and then Kaito asked "Where is Bulma?"

"She has gone with others to some place. Her friends said that they felt some strong ki and a kid named Vegeta said it was the ki of some alien named Frieza." Panchy said.

'Ah! did Frieza return? Didn't I kill King Cold? How did he come back.' Kaito thought.

Panchy then said "It would be good if you immediately meet her. She is currently very angry at you for not returning after two years."
