Former Angel in the Apocalypse.

Saltor is the angel in charge of guiding souls to after their death. A regresser then chained his soul with him, causing Saltor to drop into the apocalyptic world with the regresser. Now with his power sealed, he struggles to become stronger to get revenge on the person who brought him here.
