"What are you doing here?!" Zavier snapped as she was already frantic when he saw her drenched body. Being scolded, she lowered her head in fear.
"G—go home." she replied fearfully and backed away from him.
"Are you silly?! Why don't you take a taxi?!" When Zavier raised his voice even more, her tears fell down unwittingly.
"S—sorry." It was the only her reply. She was outrageously afraid of his anger.
"Hurry up and get inside, damn it!" Hearing that, Airynna widened her eyes in disbelief. She rushed into the car. Following her, Zavier got into the car and drove the car back to the apartment.
Back at the apartment, they went straight into the room. Airynna rushed in to get her dry clothes and went into the bathroom, while Zavier was currently deep in thought on the couch. He couldn't help but think that he really never saw her when he was at school. Anxiously, he then got up from the couch and walked to the balcony to soothe his restlessness. Once Airynna had changed her clothes and cleaning herself, she came out of the bathroom and found Zavier who was standing at the balcony while propping his arms on the railing. Feeling very guilty, she approached him and intended to apologize.
"Hm, Zavier… I'm sorry," she said slowly that made Zavier turn to look at her.
"...." Zavier did not respond at her gaze, instead he turned his gaze towards the night sky that was raining heavily.
"I'm really sorry." Airynna said, looking down with her tears rolled down her white cheeks.
"Go to bed," Zavier replied without looking at her.
"Would you forgive me?" She asked naively that made him even more furious.
"Can't you shut up?! Go to bed!" Zavier replied while looking at Airynna with a sharp, piercing gaze. She couldn't help but have to sleep as she didn't want to make him more angry to her.
"All right then, I'm going to sleep. You must go to sleep too," she said quietly and then go to bed.
Zavier indeed had very bad temper. He can be angry at any time even over trivial things. His mood swing was really unstable, as he may seem happy, but a few minutes later he can be sad or angry. Usually, he always took sedatives. The drug was a recommendation from a trusted doctor. And a moment later, he realized that they had not had dinner yet. Especially Airynna, he couldn't help but think how he can forget that his wife hasn't had her dinner and he even told her to go to bed. Furthermore, she walked in the rain for a long time. Her body was drenched under the pouring rain. Ah, Zavier felt himself really stupid. He was too frantic in his temper, so he couldn't think long and urge her to go to bed. He wanted to wake her up, but he couldn't help but see that she was already lying on the bed with a tired face, so he turned away his intention to wake her up.
"What should I do?" He said in a low voice that sounded more like a mumble.
"Will she get sick tomorrow?" He asked to himself. Got annoyed, finally he walked over the couch, and laid down there. He turned away his intention to have dinner, as he was not able to cook at all. After all, it was not fair for him to enjoy his meal alone, while his wife slept with an empty stomach. It didn't take long, finally his sleepy head slowly pulled him into the deep sleep.
When the morning had broken, Airynna woke up slowly by holding her dizzy head. She tried to get out of bed, went to the bathroom to have a shower, and take ablution water. After finishing her bathing, she carried out her obligations as a Muslim without waking up Zavier like yesterday. Why was that? Because when she was awake for a moment earlier, she saw him prayed before she was still feeling sleepy and finally made her fall asleep again.
Once finishing her prayer, Airynna came out of the bedroom to prepare the breakfast. Speaking of which, at this time she was still thinking of ways so that Zavier would want to forgive her. But she was really stuck, as she had no idea what to do. She cooked very simple this morning, as she only made fried rice with fried chicken, and also sandwiches for her lunch box. Furthermore, she also prepared lunch box for her husband. Just as Zavier came out of the room, he was looking at her cooking on the pantry table.
"Please have your breakfast." Airynna said that sounded like a waitress. When Zavier took a seat on the pantry chair, she also sat beside him and started to dig in her breakfast.
"Did you not change your clothes?" Zavier asked once they finished their meal. Currently, Zavier was well-prepared with his neatly uniform coated by his jacket.
"A—ah well then, I'll change my clothes, you can go first...." Airynna replied with slightly nervous that made him suspicious.
"I'll take you there." Hearing that, Airynna shook her head strongly.
"N—no need, I'll take taxi." Her quick response made Zavier even more suspicious of her.
"Ok, it's my number," he said, handing her a piece of sticky note.
"Ah well, thank you." Airynna replied. Reaching out her hand, she was intended to shake his hand as usual.
"I'm leaving." Zavier said and then intended to leave the apartment before Airynna called him that made him stop in his tracks.
"Ah, it's your lunch box." Airynna handed him the lunch box of sandwich.
"...." Without saying anything, Zavier abruptly left the apartment and left her frowning and holding her forehead. Soon after, she got ready and left the apartment.
'Airynna POV.
Once arriving at school, I rushed into the classroom. As I sat down, I saw a folded sheet of paper on the table. And when I opened it, it turned out to be a paper containing despicable words. Not long after, Viola and her friends went over my seat.
