Nothing More To Fear

It had only been the first day since he received his HEQ under a perilous instant.

But now, as the clock orchestrates its hands to the second hour since the beginning of his run...

Jin had already attained two Origin Class skills.

"Uncle Zerek's Rule Number one."

"Land your hit when your enemy trash talks"

William said with a menacing grin.

"Now wake up Old man, That was a weak one.."

While Jin was observing and calculating the reasons for William's rage, William on the other end had slammed down his opponent as if he were nothing to him.

The Attacker, whose body laid inanimate on the destroyed yet smooth alleyway crater twitched for a second as William teased him to stand up, calling his previous punch something weak... which for the eyes of some people, DID NOT seem weak.

Jonathan and Toby, both had their eyes open wide when they saw their attacker go down as if he were not that strong as he used to be previously, but what they were missing on was that the person who slammed the grey haired attacker down to his place was the Strongest Black Star Member.

But it was all still a mystery to the trio, which soon was to be revealed.

Just as William teased the grey-haired attacker, the inanimate body of his twitched as if answering back to his taunter.

The quick yet small twitch turned to a complete motion as the still yet alive body of the fallen man slowly levitated with an eerie aura encompassing his tormented body.

Jin, along with Jonathan and Toby carried their horrified faces as they witnessed and withstood an entire sea of killing intent rushing towards them.

The attacker of the trio bared his chest at them as he ripped off the coated cloak he was donning.

The only fabric covering him was his pant, which had missing parts below his knees.

But things had changed. The people encountering Bauer could assess the new power which had emerged from within his strong body.

Instead of his pale white skin, Bauer now had smooth red skin, which was possibly the repaired version of the red veins which burst out of his body a few minutes ago.

Jin's eyebrows arched as recognized the skin.

It was the same color that the demon lord had.

"Delo, Is there any chance of him being one of the Seven Demon Princes?"

Jin contacted Delo as he took a step back to his friends.

[I don't think so. His power level is too low to be a prince. I guess he's just a common demon soldier.]

Delo replied.

"That's great to hear. Now for the real question..."

Jin took the final step backward the reach his friends.

"Can I deal with him?"

Jin asked as he grabbed the shoulders of his friends with both of his hands.

Toby and Jonathan shot a surprised look at Jin as they saw him clutch their shoulders.

[With my help, Absolutely]

Delo chuckled.

"That's all I wanted to hear"

Jin grinned as he tightened his grip.

"Trust me will ya?"

Jin smiled as he pulled taut his muscles and heaved Toby and Jonathan into the air.

Within a second, Jin had tossed his surprised friends into the air and far away from him.

[The Shadow Phantom is a perk that allows the user to create infinite clones of himself or other matters. The user can design the clone's appearance to his choice. If the user wants, then his clone could also carry 90 percent of his total power, but the number of clones will be limited to 1]

"REPLICATE"

Jin roared as he held his open palms before his eyes towards the sky. Towards the way, his friends were flying off.

The second the command left Jin's mouth, a bright light brought forth hundreds of bouncy mattresses which sped towards his friends.

"Protect them"

were the words which Jin enunciated as the soft package of cottoned mattresses encompassed Toby and Jonathan during their flight to no man's land.

[How reckless can you be brat?. But that, I gotta say, That's fun to watch Kekek]

Delo chuckled as he observed the result of Jin's actions.

"I'm sure they'll be safe, I threw them past the pier. I know they can find their way back to land."

Jin said as he cracked his fingers.

"The only thing I'm scared is about the reason I have to come up with to explain to them"

Jin said.

[Wait, weren't you afraid of him? Weren't you afraid that you'll be caught if you used my powers a few minutes ago?]

"Ah, Yes, I was afraid. I was afraid because it could've put Toby and Joe in danger. But now, as I've already taken care of that problem..."

"Why don't we deal with him?"

This was it, the final chapter which was supposed to be short like the previous ones. This was because of some technical, more like a story related problem. Hope you understand and support me. The chapters after this will be much more interesting and enjoyable. I believe that I'll produce chapters that will be long like usual. So that was it. Hope you are liking it.
