Literary Torture

Brenna sat next to the chest looking through its contents. Layford and Miakoda sat across the chamber where the light was the best without candles and were looking at the map. Under the map and letter was a heavy blanket. Brenna laid it out on the grass and was amazed at the excellent condition it was in. It appeared to have been hand-woven recently with just a little wear showing. She ran her hands over the earth-tone colors that were woven in geometric shapes typical in many Native American textiles.
